This is my budget build of Stella Lee, Wild Card.
It is still possible to turn 1 Stella and win by turn 3.
This build came out just under $400 at the time this video was made.

I like the spell package you are using. I have some of the more expensive spells already so I can swap them in as needed. I wouldn't mind seeing a Voja, Jaws of the Conclave deck tech from you as wrll.

@@patrickowens3840 if I had to say any type of build. It would be another possible budget cedh attempt. Maybe around the 500 dollar mark.
cEDH is proxy friendly, why are we limiting budget? $400 isn't a budget deck either. Your video you can do whatever you want, just curious the idea behind this.

not all events for cEDH are proxy friendly. While the community as a whole is proxy friendly there are events from some locals to command fest that dont allow em sadly.

@@simonp4832 ah, I see that make sense. I've never heard of an cEDH event which wasn't proxy friendly.

@GallantLee it's a small lgs but here we do weekly tournaments and it's no proxies are allowed. The budget can be dropped by $100 by removing the fetchlands.
