BCP for LUT (3 Parts) - Bend Cutting Profile for LUT
When the machine needs to produce narrow parts or profiles, the BCP option allows their realization thanks to wheels cutting technology. After the bending, the BCP unit creates a deep engraving on both the sides of the panel to create a breaking line on the sheet through the bending blade.
By the programming, it is possible to change the cutting speed according to the type of material and thickness.
When it is time to unload, a photoelectric cell controls the passage of the profile. The unloading of the detached part is done by using the cutting unit and the profile is transferred to a roll conveyor. As the LUT rolls are lowered, the belts transfer the cut profile towards the operator for its unloading.
Each single component must be studied and its characteristics must be compatible with this option and its technical features.
