They are lying. I've called them out on it every single time they have claimed this. It's HALF the performance than the 10700. A measly 4 core is not going to beat an old 8 core that's clocked way higher. I pulled the cinebench scores and it's almost exactly half the performance of the 10700

There are specialized power tools for PC building. They have very very low torque settings so you don't over tighten anything. Kinda like how a normal drill will start to ratchet if it experiences too much resistance.

"Great price to performance" "Best gpu for the mainstream gamer" So we're just gonna ignore that you can a 6700xt for the price of a 3060, and that it'll destroy anything up to a 3070 in raster performance? Additionally, you can get 3060 level performance from a rx6600xt which is significantly cheaper than a 3060. And for all the ppl that will argue: "but muh ray tracing", good luck doing ray tracing on a 3060. I bought one earlier this year, returned it and got a 6700xt for 50€ cheaper. Never looked back.

Amd destroys Nvidia in budget GPUs. 3060 is currently 100$ more expensive than 6600xt while being slower card. Nvidia's only advantage is ray tracing which is useless on budget cards, the only price/performance card that is reasonable from Nvidia is 4090.

no it doesnt, any nvidia gpu that is a 3000 series is a trash gpu when compared to amd, he could have gotten a 6700xt or maybe a 6750xt for the same price as the 3060, and gotten much more fps and much more power. Also even the 6600 xt which is under 300 dollars is faster than a 3060, and at warzone a 6600 is probably faster because nvidia cards suck at warzone, their drivers arent the best and even a 6600 which is like 200 dollars would get more fps than a 3060

That's always how system builders increase their profit margins, compromise on anything that isn't the CPU or GPU

Stop saying it's gaming performance is better than the i7 10700. The i7 has twice the cinebench scores and all modern games can utilize all 8 cores. The i3 has slightly better single core performance but the multi core is nearly HALF of the i7. This is misleading to people, making them think they got an equivalent high end cpu from just a couple generations ago for an amazing price, when in reality they got half of that for the price of the lowest end I series cpu that's sold.

@Tron room you are not a pc specialist. I did my research, not like I even had to from what I know. The new i3 has slightly higher single core performance. The i7 has nearly twice as much multi core performance. Its faster in applications that only use 1 core (no modern applications use only 1 core). Games are multi threaded, so they can easily utilize up to 16, some even 32 cores. I3 is faster in single core, i7 is faster in multi core, games are not single core, they are multi core, end of story. The i7 could handle twice the fps before getting bottlenecked. This pc is a scam, the price is a scam, the performance claims are a scam, the marketing is a scam. The whole operation is a SCAM.

@andreamaral9725 the multicore is almost twice as much. I don't get my information anywhere, I do benchmarks and I compare the numbers, game are multicore applications that can use well over the 8 available cores on such cpus. Games don't benefit from single core. They are multi core workloads.

Last I checked the single core is only 3% higher, which is 12% if your comparing 4 cores to 4 cores, but the i7 has twice the amount of cores. Your single core bump only matters when you have the same or more cores as another cpu. Every single game since around 2008 has been able to use 8 cores. Modern games from around 2015 and on can use 20. I'm not wrong. Single core only matters when you are comparing cpus that have the same core count. The i3 is 4 cores. The i7 is 8 cores. It DOES perform better in all games, even excluding the fact it has extra power to keep background processes from stealing the cpu from games, because it has MORE CORES and MORE THREADS. Look at cinebench r23 scores for the cpus. The i7 is faster in all core workloads like gaming, rendering, encoding, compiling, etc. You can often find the i7 for cheap. It's absolutely pathetic that you've let some youtuber gaslight you into thinking a ever so slightly newer i3 performs better than a ever so slightly older i7. It doesn't. You are living a lie.

i had a 3060 and a i5 11400 with 16 gigs of carsair ram and it was clocked to 3200 MHz and at 1080p i could only get 90 fps on medium settings and being upscaled with dlss set to balanced at 1440p medium settings dlss set to balanced i got 75 to 80 fps but never 100 fps so this is lies the 3060 is a decent card not gonna lie but it wont get 120 fps on warzone 2

Thats the exact combo I have 13th gen i5 and the 12gb version of the 3060 I went with 32gb DDR5 6400 G.Skill RGB RAM, an AIO watercooler for the CPU, and some other goodies Full Tower case, NVMe M.2 boot drive, a 4tb HDD for backups and storage, and a Corsair 1000w fully modular power supply 80+ Gold rated My PC cost around $1600 for everything...and it has enough RGB to make a clown blush 😂😂😂

@@natheayn6111 thats the plan!!! I just couldnt afford a 3090 at the same time as everything else 🤣🤣 3060 was the best I could get. Im not really planning on using it for gaming though, Im using it for cracking hashes and brute forcing logins. Im in training to become an Ethical Hacker...so the 12gb of VRAM of the 3060 Twin Edge was a better call for me starting off than anything else. I believe the 3090, 4080, and 4090 are the only Nvidia cards with more VRAM. Im not sure about AMDs cards though. I might upgrade to one of theirs next, because theyve open sourced their drivers for use in Linux

@@natheayn6111 yeah, I looked into it, and the AMD 6800 XT and better are the only AMD cards with more than 12gb of VRAM. Also, the 6800 XT is like $160 more than the 3060 was when I bought it 2 months ago. So I couldnt have afforded it I had a set budget of $2000, and needed an entire setup, including monitor, mouse, and keyboard (and stupid state sales taxes 😮‍💨) I had to be frugal and get the best bang for my buck. I appreciate your suggestions though!!! Thank you!!

@@Zebra_Paw Of course, you're getting more cores and threads with the 5600, unlike the 12100F, or even a 13100F. But I would go for a 6600 instead of a 3060. Just because of it's price to performance ratio. RX 6600 costs like 240$ in my country, while the 3060 costs like 360$ and up. But the performance is similar when it comes to gaming, but if you wanna do some productivity aswell, then 3060 is better. A770 or A750 performs good too, but they're still kind of unstable.

@@thedecoder0 yeah I'm really not a fan of Intel Arc. RX 6600 is a very good idea, but the 3060 is definitely not a bad card

@@Zebra_Paw I personally own two cards. A 3060 and a 3080 Ti. And I can guarantee you that 3060 isn't a bad card. It's just the price tag what gives it a bad price to performance ratio. But if you really want that 4 GB extra vram, then 3060 is a much better choice. Other than that, 6600 any day. Sadly that 3060 8 GB is nothing but a gimmick. It's pretty much a renamed 3050 Ti. Just a waste of money. And even now, I will recommend the 3060 or RX 6600 over the new 4060 and 4060 Ti's. They're not worth the money.

@@thedecoder0 yes I don't like the 4000 series either. I just checked prices on the 3060 and wow they are still much higher than I thought, so yes, probably go AMD or buy used at this price point

With DDR5 being dirt cheap atm and AMD promising AM5 support for the next 2 years hence at least 1 new generation of cpus for current motherboards I would probably go for that in long term price to performance.

I have the Asus tuff a15 2022 with a 3060 1tb hd and I've had absolutely zero issues with it since I got it back in September 2022 I back what he says.

6600xt is on par with 3060 while being cheaper

Isn't AMD dealing with driver issues again? This time it's actually damaging 6000 series cards.... You get what you pay for and when you buy the cheaper product, you get the cheaper product.

try for amd GPUs. they beat price to performance if you include rtx, but you can also get much better price to performance if you ignore rtx.

I had 100+ FPS with 2700x and 1600AF even with RX580. Now, I have 5800X and 3060, but I bet I would have may more than 120+ fps

I wouldn't call the 3060 a good price to performance card. Even a 6600xt/6650xt would be better value aka cheaper and would provide way better performance than the 3060. Too bad people buy for the brand, not for the performance and this shop doesn't help to change that mindset. 😔 Also 120fps average on max settings on warzone 2? I seriously doubt that.

That's true, the 12100F is only a quad core, which struggles for modern games. You can even cut it down to an R5 5500 and it will still be better

Bad GPU choice. The 6600XT is much better for less price. The 3060 is horrendous in price/performance. It's not even good enough in raytracing, and DLSS isn't very useful at 1080p.

I3 is a beast at range. Mine is i31000u + 3050 , 16gigs ram and gaming hd motherboard, trust me, Valhalla, god of war, and many new games runs sooo well at max settings at 1080p , above 90fps. So relaxing.. Don't have 4k tv, don't need either, as the graphics of 1080p is decent enough.

Definitely a good choice. Or you can go for something like a Ryzen 5 3600. They’re very cheap and can definitely deliver with a 6600. 6 cores 12 threads, boost to 4.2GHz.
