Oh my goodness, I used to work in Real Estate (in IT, not sales or property management) and all of this is so true. Loving this series of videos.

Ah.... Jimmy, that so reminds me of selling our place around 30 years ago. The estate agent brought EVERYONE from their office for a look through. It was back in the days of brick mobile phones...and one phone rang, so they all dug their bricks out of their oversized breifcases , trying to work out who's was ringing !

But the ridiculously pointy shoes are vital to the trade! It's how they kill cockroaches when you're not looking.

Haha, true! We stopped using real estate agents and sold our houses without them. Saved a tonne of money and all the degrading things they'd say about your house to make you feel like you have to drop the price. Don't need them!

You forgot one, calling 2 days before you even know that you have a house open, then cancelling your family outing so then you can clean for 2 days to have a house opening. That's what's going on in my life at the moment ❤ from the west coast.

I have a sudden urge to buy a bowl's worth of lemons and put them on my table - even though I rent 😅

A few suggestions for POV: Early Children's Educators (Childcare workers) Politicians Football Players - NRL or AFL... or both... perhaps throw in Soccer for the Soccer people Cricket Players - because when it's not footy season, it's cricket season, lol Toddlers/Small children - because it would be interesting to see where Jimmy goes with that Cat people Dog people Random Fandom Nerds - there's plenty to choose from, Harry Potter, Doctor Who, Star Trek, Star Wars, etc Lawyers/Judge/Similar field Super Model Anyone else have suggestions for POV, because these are great, lol

Saying a property is "deceptively" anything. Spacious, large most frequent lies. I swear it either means small, or you can't use the large space because it's in the wrong spot/badly planned/ not accessible/damp & mouldy/there's a noisy neighbour on the other side of the bedroom wall.
