Hi, Can I bake sourdough without dutch oven? And at what temperature? Many thanks.

Hi, most welcome. You can bake sourdough without DO but you need to create steam to bake it. Oven temperature must be 250°C then reduce down to 220°C until cooked.

Yes, you can. Lava stones also highly recommended.
