Doctors making more money does not translate to better healthcare. A healthy nation means prevention of diseases through providing sufficient water and sanitation, vaccination, chemical free foods and improving nutrition and foods sufficiency. Paying doctors more just makes doctors rich. Nothing more. Keeping in mind most Kenyan doctors are underqualified and CANNOT even be allowed to practice in a country like Rwanda....a country like USA would not allow a Kenyan doctor to practice their, unless maybe as a front desk person.
