    Thanks for the tips. Think dried is most easy (in summer). Don't know about the freezer. I did bought some turmeric frozen. Preparing them for dinner they where socked from water and fluffie structure 🙄

    You're welcome. Don't let them thaw too much before Using. Use straight away. I use them on my daily cooking so it doesn't last long anyway
