It's easy to make a homemade teleprompter, but the scrolling can be a nuisance to get right. Keynote and paging might be a better deal. Let's see, write the script in anything, import into a conveniently-sized Affinity Publisher template. Export from Affinity as a series of jpegs. Keyboard Maestro and Preview's flip function could make left-right mirrors for proper display in the teleprompter's mirror. You can select multiple images in the Finder and drag them into Keynote's sidebar. The Keynote presentation would be easy to create. Then, I too could stride about, my oilskin sou'wester flapping in a furious southern ocean gale as I inspire victory from a vantage on the quarterdeck. I think this has to be why Keynote is the universal choice in the swashbuckler inspirational speaker demographic. Arrrr.... Nice video, as always - Apple Watch remote control of Keynote is something to keep in mind. I didn't know that was possible.

I tried everything to make Keynote for iPad work with Apple Watch but I never succeeded, on the other hand the pairing between IPhone and Apple Watch works very well. For educational use I don't think it makes much sense to use the iPhone to share content. If you know what to do to command Keynote for iPad on Apple Watch, let me know. Thanks a lot

I’m afraid that all I know is in that video. I can suggest the usual thing of making sure everything is updated and you’re on the same WiFi network.

Maybe there's a way to do it with Shortcuts but I can't see whether PowerPoint supports that. There is an alternative, the Wave for Work ring which I think is quite smart -- but while I've used it, I haven't used it for PowerPoint so I do'n't know for sure it would do what you need. @@WilliamGallagher I found following workaround. The Apple Wtach can control the PPT from an Iphone/Ipad ! Given this fact since around 2015 I think It is only a matter of time that we can control our MS PPT with our Apple wach as well. It is a nice feature for sure and I hope it will be implemented soon!

When I recorded that, it would have been a Series 4. I shortly afterwards upgraded to the Series 7.
