Prepping MDF Doors with NEW ProFoam

Dennis, Hannah, and Chad worked their butts off prepping and spraying this 54 piece kitchen.
The NEW ProFoam made quick sanding of these MDF doors. We used Very Fine in all 3 thicknesses; 5mm for flats, 10mm & 1/2" for mouldings that needed extra squishiness. 320 Grit Film was used for flat areas. ***It is okay to use a 5" sander for the flat areas with a 320-400 grit abrasive.
We sprayed Renner 648 2k Primer paired with 688 2k top coat with the Tritech T4.

When should I use the yellow paper & when should the blue/green be used ? What’s recommended?
What grit on the 5mm pad?
Would this foam pad be effective on real hardwood?

Hey there! We were spraying Renner 643. Then the topcoat is 688.
