I just sanded a whole entire desk and dresser with a lot of hard to get to corners and ridges. Needless to say, never again. Lol.

Mirca or Surfprep. First one is sold in the stores ( I believe Sherwin Williams has it and some finishing specialty stores) and Surfprep has website you can purchase from
What do you use to tint BIN primer?

We rarely use that type of primer, but when you need a tinted, usually the store that sells it can tinted they use universal tint system
Would it be the same sanding steps for cherry wood cabinets?

On your surf prep sander. Do you use there sanding pads?

Either their or unida (ekasilk) to mee it works the same but unida pricing is better and it’s more accessible all around North America

It’s a mix of acetone and naphtha petroleum 👌✅☺️

What if the cupboards just have regular paint on them? Does the paint need to be removed before I sand them?

Привет в Лондон 😊👋 шеллак хорош для блокировки и легко наносить и сохнет быстро. Но он боится воды. То есть для кухонь он не лучший выбор. 2 компонентный полиуретан то что я предпочитаю

Why do you have green tape on the dry rack arms?

If It’s our wood rack - 😊 very rough with no tape. If metal rack - to make it tacky so doors don’t slip
I've always believed the gummy bumps are oils and greases that weren't removed
