    🎆 this is Rxholisticnurse Kathleen.... First, let me say thank you very much for mentioning my new channel 💕 I want to add to your subscribers that on that LIVER HEALTH they need it everyday! It's not just an after holiday thing...even if we eat perfectly, which none of us do, the issues are still the toxins in the environment- the air, the water, the soil and everything goes through the liver. So they may want to get the bigger bottle. I've been using it for quite some time and actually I shouldn't even have a liver and every single time I have lab work done, which is once a year, liver enzymes and everything are perfect💪🏼 so even for those that may have or had alcoholism or drug addiction and takes any medication at all. I suggest to take every single day of your life! I worked ICU for so many years and I've seen liver transplants and let's just say it's not something I ever want to go through or anybody that I love and care about to have to go through *** I always suggest starting with half of the dropper dose not a full one and do that for about a week and then going up to the full dose 😉 there's so many items that I like on this haul that are my favorites. I'll have to reach out to you about those. Really good information thoroughly enjoyed it 🐝🐝🐝

    I'm afraid to use many supplements because I'm on a lot of different meds that I'm afraid would clash with them. I do take vitamin C, D, fish oil, Elderberry, turmeric and sometimes cranberry. All of these have worked fine for me. The D and fish oil are for mostly fibro, but obviously other things too. The C, elderberry and turmeric I started taking for prevention of colds and stuff like that. The cranberry is for uti's so don't have to take it very often, luckily.

    I bought several cans of the tomato powder just because they were marked down. When I opened one, of course it was clumped. I just poured the amount I wanted to put on my shelf into a Ziploc bag and pounded it with my mallet, then poured it into my jar. Works great. And as you said, a few clumps won’t hurt anything. You’re mostly gonna be adding it to liquid anyway. Just makes it harder to measure if you do so.

    I was very excited you have a Rumble channel, but I noticed you have not been posting anything recently. I prefer Rumble - no ads no censensorship. Is it possible to start posting there again? You always come up with great recipes and ideas. You're definitely one of the best prepper channels out there. I am teaching my adult grandchildren meals in a bag using your videos. I'm give them each $20, all of us go to Walmart or Dollar Tree, get back together to show what meals we came up with, prepare them and then have a potluck dinner. I do the desserts. Myself, i am working on meals in a jar using Thrive thru you. I look forward to your videos. Thanks

    When that pasta sauce came into the store, I was ecstatic to see how clean the ingredient list was. I haven't tried it yet but if all it needs is added seasonings, I'm good with that. That brand also has salsa and pizza sauces with a clean ingredient lists. I've tried those and they're pretty bland but it's a good base if you add your own additions.

    I have always really loved Cheerios. I ate plain Cheerios with milk almost every day as a child, and consequently, the cardiologist says I will probably never have heart problems. I love every flavor Cheerios has ever made. However, I am super bummed with the research coming out lately that Cheerios are full of Glyphosates (herbicide) and are causing sterilization of children. From now on, that's a no go for me and my family. I'm hoping we can find an organic version that taste just as good or better.

    As usual, you did a fantastic job finding new and interesting items. We once had a restsurant here that made the best Seafood Au Gratin. It had crab 🦀, shrimp 🍤 scallops, and lobster 🦞 (all fresh from the coast 1 1/2 miles away). They would never give me the recipe, but did say it had 3 cheeses 🧀, plus spices (I'm guessing Old Bay, maybe). I tried duplicating it over the years by making a sauce of the cheeses, spices and cream and folding in the seafood. Top with extra cheese and bake until bubbly. That used to be my special treat. 😋🎆

OR even better, is there a “share source” for recipes for meals such as “meals in a jar/bag” with how to reconstitute, etc.? OR maybe I should start one? I think a place where ppl could openly share and use without buying a bunch of recipes would be wonderful. ❤ Thanks for all you share. I just changed my order at Thrive to include the tomato powder. Question do you free range your chickens year round or do you keep them in a coop during the cold nasty days? Thank you 🎆

  • @wickedprepared

    @wickedprepared

    6 ай бұрын

    Right now, we've got them in a 50' x 100' fenced-in enclosure with a net over the top, and that's attached to their coop. We used to let them free range, but we lost so many ducks and chickens to foxes, hawks, and getting too close to the road, that we just couldn't keep going that way 😭 So Mr. WP built the enclosure and we can still let them out into the rest of the yard if we're working out there and keeping an eye on them .. but for the most part they stay fenced in. The ducks are always outside, but the chickens typically decide to hide out inside the coop to stay out of the weather.

    Not a big resolution person. We have noticed just about everything has bioengineering listed on the box/bottle/container. So, we are trying to avoid those products the best we can. I think that is causing a lot of issues with people. It is in everything! What are your thoughts on that?

    Bioengineered (GMO) food has been used since the 80's. Some manufacturers started labeling the use of GMO foods, but it wasn't passed into law until 2016 (I think). The term GMO seemed to upset many people, so some manufacturers started using "bioengineered." The law says the information has to be on the label, BUT it doesn't say it has to be printed. Many companies have QR codes on their products. If you scan the code, it will tell you if it is bioengineered. The same with phone numbers that instruct you to call for more information about the product. So, legally, it *is on the label. Sneaky, but legal.

    Can anyone give me a ballpark $ on the contingency medical pouch. I realize it’s going to vary… Is your son gluten free? It can make a difference with the allergies. Also, ketovore, carnivore eating can heal allergies!
