Googling opening the bonnet.. priceless! Best cleaning howto, especially around the cab area. You got away lightly in the load area - most vans of that age are mingers under the ply. Following your journey is really cool.

started with your video on first night stealth camping fail, but have now found your series. i have been watching John & Mandy and Camper vibe for a long time now, love the girls because they always give us a laugh, and you 2 are going to do the same, so will work my way through your van conversion series and hope the laughs continue. thumbs up so far.

07.19 Suggest taking that black trim off the outside and cleaning and priming in there. That traps a lot of dirt and moisture and there will be rust in there

Just a little budget tip - buy paint, hardware etc from Toolstation or Screwfix and wood, insulation etc from a timber yard as B&Q are much more expensive.

Peace of mind - your red steering wheel anti-theft device. Maybe upgrade to a Disclok, got mine from Halfords, cost £80 a few years ago. Well worth the money for my Ford Courier small van, guaranteed to be there on return from shopping visits.

ducato/boxer and relay are wider than all over cans unless you have a luton box van

Great channel, just subbed. One thing, was that WD40 you sprayed in the locks? If so, I'd advise not to do that as it isn't a lubricant, it's a water and oil displacing solvent, so it actually removes the lubricant. You want to use graphite in locks. 👍 Great video though, just about to binge the whole playlist. 😁

@@JodieandJoe it's graphite powder you want, not an oil. Sounds weird I know. You can buy it in little bottles. At a pinch you can shave a pencil down and use that. Just search for 'key sticking in the lock? Use graphite to stop it!' here on KZread.

On my can of WD40 it is stated that it lubricates among other things.
