Empezamos en junio y el curso dura 6 meses (terminamos el 15 de diciembre).
El curso es un GRAN viaje para profundizar en la salud hormonal, emocional y espiritual de la mujer. Vamos a aprender a nutrirnos con una alimentación regenerativa.     Hola Katita! Gracias por toda esta información. Me parece muy interesante que te digan que esto es una locura, a mi me parece de lo más inteligente que he visto en KZread. Ultimamente llevo pensando en esto no se porque, como surgio este interes en ti? Es un tema apasionante, muy interesante y te digo que hasta divertido.

    Si, así es..por eso lo comparto, es necesario enfocarnos más en estas cosas. Demasiado con las malas noticias q invaden todas las redes sociales, la TV, etc.

    Hola katita, gracias por la información, tengo alrededor de 5 años disminuyendo los disruptores endocrinos, de tóxicos e incorporando poco a poco la comida ancestral, resulta que solo puedo cocinar con aceite de coco porque la manteca de cerdo(libre pastoreo) para cocinar me cae fatal, me lleno de acne y no se porque pasa.

    Katy: Cuando hablas de problemas con la fertilidad pienso en problemas físicos de quienes han decidido ser padres y no han podido concebir; pero, en una visión más general, te pregunto, ¿sería correcto afirmar que el no desear tener hijos es parte del problema de infertilidad?, y de ser así, es posible hablar de problemas de infertilidad somáticos y problemas de infertilidad psicosomáticos; ignoro sobre el tema, así que perdón si mi pregunta carece de sentido.

    First of all, I admire your effort and dedication to research to show the people about very important core knowledge about such important parts of the human experience Katita, and I thank you for that but, here is the but hehehe, with all my respect to your thoughts and beliefs 😊 without any offense or not wanting to deny your arguments against Veganism, my family (wife, daughter and me) have been vegan during years, and we don't take all the expensive supplements like you implied. The only supplement we take is vitamin B12, and before jumping into arguments against it, I would tell you that most of the animals that are raised to be food sources for human consumption get vitamin B12 artificially injected in the meat industry before being slaughtered. Also, our daughter has an absolute optimal health, she is thriving and is developing much faster than the average child, based on statistical analysis of researched data, psychologically and physically. In my case, my muscle growth has been exponential since going vegan, I have much better health than when I wasn't vegan including my wife, she lost weight, she gained in health in every health marker. I'm not implying that the information you have isn't valuable but humans at the end of the day, are creator beings which implies to break through culturally imposed calcified traditions that keep us stuck in the past. I could keep going and debating on why the information that you think right now is true, can be falsified, but that would mean for you to acknowledge that the appeal to nature is not a solid argument. Also, you are talking about the post Edenian era as a basis for human well being, which implies scarcity, survival, violence, instincts, etc, terms that are objectively more of a degenerate state and that go against creativity, morality, peace, and development. I recommend you to check out, if you put aside any personal judgement or belief you may have against Veganism and not looking for Confirmation Biases, these sources: The Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine, Plant Based News, EarthlingEd, Joey Carbstrong, Lifting Vegan Logic as good examples of sources that are up to date in the most recent research about these topics here in this platform. Again, if you ever read my long comment, thanks and I wish you the best to you and your soul from a Vegan family.

    Hi! Thank you for your respectful comment. The nutrient concerns are not just about B12....choline is a huge issue. Do you know what your choline intake is? What about Vitamin A? What about folate? What about calcium? What about zinc? What about iodine? etc. etc. etc. Let´s say you were to sit down and design a menu for a pregnant woman unrelated to you. So you didn´t know anything about her beliefs. Rather you were trying to design a reasonable menu that would allow her body to receive physiologically optimal levels of micronutrients....if you tried to do that you would VERY quickly realize that it is simply not possible without animal products. Also this is not true. If you have a source to share that would be great! I can tell you from years of buying from local farmers who use local slaughterhouses this is not the case with the meat I buy. I could go on and on! We agree to disagree, respectfully! I feel DEEPLY called to share about the biological reality of our animal bodies!! This is what the page is about! And of course wish you and your family the best with the decisions that you are choosing to make!
