Marcus has helped me cruise to 200 grams of protein per day. Feeling my absolute best too. I always felt great but found it easy to get to 140-160grams but now I’m at 150 grams by afternoon and I cruise to 200grams by 6pm! More energy, more movement, more expenditure!! Love the new house / kitchen!! Natural light on point
Awesome tips man thanks 👍 love all the videos it's been a big help frome dieting, excersising and strength training.

Wow Marcus! Love the new kitchen! I’m so excited for your family and your new home. The space is so bright and the windows make for such a grounding, happy place, which is nice when you are in the kitchen as much as you are. Looking forward to the practical protein challenge too. Thanks for always providing the absolute best material on the ol tube. I was stuck in the plant base mantra for about 6 months and I found myself eating Oreos one night because I was just so hungry. That was when I put down the circular demon food and went to the store to get meat. Working hard to see a difference and I’m loving the results. On day 23 of 30/30, excited to make that a morning ritual 3 days a week after It is complete. Thanks for the help.

Hi! Ever tried gelatine? Granules of beef or pork gelatine. Just proteins (collagene) very good for joints, hair, skin, nails. It has other benefits (guts). Someone drinks it straight away, I use it to prepare simple protein rich veggies "aspic". Extremely simple to prepare could be artistic, as well🎨. Can be used with meat too.😃
Love these food vids ! 😁🤙

Hi Marcus: 1) Have you tried the "Baked" Epic pork rinds? Almost all protein, and taste great! 2) Maybe I missed it, but at what oven temp did you cook the frittata? 3) I'm typically minimalist...but wondering if I should get an air fryer? If so, any opinion on make and model? 4) What blood type are you? (PS: I'm O neg, and nobody needs to talk me into eating animal protein (and vegs), haha!) Thanks!

How many grams of protein per lb of ideal body weight per day? Time restricted feeding windows? Which hours?
@nicolasmandeville2810
2 жыл бұрын
You should aim anywhere between .8 to 1.2 g of protein per lb of body weight. You don't need to restrict your feeding windows, just make sure you get in proper food before and after a workout.
