The Jaguar has always been a beautiful car

I currently own three Vanden Plas, Sedan‘s, and these are by far my favorite luxury sedans in the past 20 years. although the S class has nice features it lacks the styling & class that the jaguar XJ embodies

The Jag is always going to be the best style best performer and loved more than any car in the world even I know that cause I had one a X j 6 3 speed automatic 4 door Duel tanks matalic dark racing green 🍏💚 I use to travel around London doing tiling would you believe I opened it up on the M1 many times in the early nineties and got it up to 130 miles an hour it just sailed and glided along, What a car.

Ahhhhhh made in Coventry. Sooooooo booooooootiful. Elegant and agile too. Effortless.

arrrrr my x300..sport i love her to bits...how ever iv ad a s type 3.0 i 2003...i shud say got a s type .wot a nice car...they are parked side by side i drive them on alternate days...i think they av some rivalry beetwen them ..bob segar makes them purr on the road...ther my mates tho..cud be im going nuts...

Worst thing about the X308 & X358 is the open rear diff & lack of a LSD. Beautiful, amazing cars otherwise.

It was a must mod putting the lsd in. It was to do with the Aston Martin in the Ford era and the xk out doing it. Hence they weren't going put it in the xj if the xk wasn't to have it. One the best mods I've done.

I have developed a mod for the x308 to use the stronger 15HU diff with a torsen t2r lsd. I got 13.6 secs standing quarter on an almost standard XJR. It’s not cheap though.

@@bryanhallman8183 quaife diff is the usual replacement on these, at least on the x100 xkr

would make a good drag car especially the XJR; but you'd still need much more HP.

Not that I know of, with the mods I've got I'm just as fast if not faster than a stock 5.0 supercharged. The way forward to get 600plus would be twin screw but it ain't cheap. I think there's a few in the states in the xk and I do believe there was one xj with the twin screw but it blew up.

You just have to bend the height sensors, and then do a calibration on them so it sits evenly. That’s what I did to my 04 XJR

Depends on how it's been looked after. 120k on mine now and other than mods and items I wanted to change it's been solid!. Touch wood...
