@@chuck_cage nobody does dude. so technically whomever makes one, it's not a bootleg. Unless it's the wwe World Heavyweight that was used in the early to teen 2000's.

I watched Ric Flair unveil this belt on TBS in 86. He will be synonymous with this title and is indeed my favorite. I couldn’t imagine holding this in my hands, for sure a childhood memory.

Ric Flair is the first person i think of when i see this belt, but King Booker brought immeasurable joy and laughter to my childhood.

Bret Hart was always my favorite to hold the Big Gold. My end game is to own a Crumrine in my collection, hopefully one like this premium CS Crumrine. That's the ultimate goal but a shoprine would be a good belt to hold me over until then.

Fantastic Detailing on the patterns really pop out. Shame they can't touch the WWF Big Eagle Block. I bet that look amazing.

I think the spaces between the letterings and the floral is much more accurate on the Classic Shields than on the C4. Just my opinion

Gloss clear coat, but the famdu Luxe replicas already a nice gold shine (clear coat will not little to nothing for the silver paint)

I have number 18. I got the brown floral strap. Really awesome belt.

It's a great replica but replicas rarely compare to the real thing, if ever. It's a good quality cheaper alternative to the real thing, like all replicas

My order was filled about 2 years in. Best bet, place a deposit down, save the rest so you can pay off the rest when it's ready.

There are four wrestlers who held the big gold that I was a fan of: Ric Flair, Ricky Steamboat, Dusty Rhodes, and Ron Garvin.

This was the best big gold on the market.

That belt is an abstract representation of Rick Flair in precious metal form.

During the late 80's it would be Flair for the mid 90's- early 2000's it would be a toss up between Bret Hart or Sting

While the C4 is lovely and is made wih he same process that the original was made with and has fantastic plating, the "style/artwork/shape" are off, far removed from the original which let's it down to me. Some of the people involved claiming its the closest to the original when the specs are off is also a negative. Closest in process yes, closest in overall look, no.

I watched The Iron Claw and at the end when Kevin Von Erich faces Ric Flair for the NWA World title, Ric appears wearing the big gold belt, and good lord that was and awfull looking replica, its hard to believe they didnt get a riplica like this one.

Considering the price that these are, you'd think that the grapplers would have more detail like they do on the original. That would be the only thing I'd nitpick about this belt.

Yeah, the lack of detailing on the grapplers (along with the size of the "rubies", they should be a bit larger) is one of my biggest pet peeves with this belt, but not enough to discourage me from buying one, as it's still the closest to the original.

Are they going to replace the damaged carry/storage case?

No, it onk needs some new screws and a bit of drilling. It was DHLs fault. It had been opened and "checked" 🙄

You can get it with brown or black leather and get whatever name plate you want. I've seen versions of the black leather with both black and white stitching. The hardest part for me is deciding on the color stitching I'd want.

No one. Anyone can make a big gold. The crumrine company owns the copyright to the exact process used to make the original. They've taken legal action against at least one company that I know of who made their own hand engraved version

This is one of my favorite world titles specially, coming from Triple H. I believe he made this title very procedures, and the way how he wore it was on his waist. I’m really not a fan of the new world title because of the W . The old version you can really go outside with it like a real champ.!
