    I did this last night because yesterday was my due date I was 40 weeks and labor started after 5 and now I’m writing this at 8cm dilated in my hospital bed ❤❤❤❤❤

    Did this at 39 + 2 just before bed. Went to sleep, woke up just after midnight to contractions. Baby girl was born that day!!

    I did this for 3 days in a row. After the 3rd time, at midnight, I started having contractions and delivered after 11 hours. Baby delivered at exactly 40 weeks. Good luck to all you new mommas!

    Did this work out at my due date, exactly 40 weeks, woke up next morning having contractions! Came to the hospital and was admitted right away with 5cm dialated. Lets see how this goes! Currently at hospital waiting for baby boy arrival🤗

    I was trying not to get induced to do a VBAC and your risk is higher with induction. Was a week early with my first. I did do yoga/ pelvic floor physio all through my pregnancy, did a membrane sweep at 37 +8 weeks. I found this video at 38+2 weeks. I did it daily and it really helped me feel well, improved my hip pain and I was able to walk longer the few days before baby was born. My mucous plug came out and water broke at 39 weeks. I did this video 2 times in early labour waiting for baby. I progressed well in labour and baby was in a perfect position and my cervix soft. I laboured from 6am June 5 and was admitted June 6 at 12:15 and 4cm. In 20 min baby somehow crowed and I needed to push missing my epidural. He came out in two pushes and I used the pushing technique I practiced in this video. His heart rate was critically low and he needed to get out quickly and I thank the practice in this video for that, for helping me get baby in a good position and for helping my body feel better in those ohh so hard days before pregnancy.

    My doctor suggested me to get admitted on 1st June as my due date was on 2nd for medical induction of labour and I was strictly against it because I wanted to induce labour naturally so I did this exercise in the morning and in the night before going to sleep . And on very next day in the morning my contractions started at 8 AM and I gave birth to a beautiful baby girl at 7 PM so I would like to say that this exercise works along with that I was also taking 6 to8 dates in a day so this exercise definitely works and I would like to say thanks from bottom of my heart

    I am 39+6 and just finished this. I was feeling anxious this morning but this really helped to slow my thoughts and help me feel calm and centred and for that I am grateful.     I did this workout on my 38 + 5 weeks and it worked greatly. I started with contractions early in the morning and we even drove to the hospital at noon thinking that it was already time to give birth. When we arrived I was only 2-3cm dilated. I went home, rested and at about 6.30pm I started this routine. My water broke right after I finished the routine while I was taking a hot shower. My baby (first born) was born 3h29min after by natural birth without any medication at all (as I wanted ☺️) I was 8cm at 9pm when we arrived to the hospital for the second time. Thank you Jessica for all the help this channel offered me during my pregnancy and childbirth.

    This helped me go into labor last time... I went to the hospital at 9cm dilated and did not feel the contractions...I swear... once at the hospital I had my 9lb baby 15 Mins later with no epidural

    At 39 weeks 4 days I was 2cm dilated, I did this complete video from start to finish one time at 3pm and was at 6cm dilated and in active labor by 10pm I am AMAZED!!! This video worked for me 🙌🏼

    Practiced this routine consistently from the 38/39 week mark up until my due date. My water broke in my sleep at 40 + 1 day, and I gave birth (unmedicated) within 7.5 hours. My husband and I truly think this routine helped play a part in ensuring our baby girl was in a great position to come out!

    I was sent this video at 40 weeks and 2 days so I did it twice that day. I’ve done it everyday since with everything else I’ve had recommended and my cervix is still long and firm (not ready) so no one else get disheartened when reading all the amazing comments like I did if it doesn’t work for you! Im now week 41 and just trying to remember my baby will come when my baby is ready

    So for the ones reading the comments to get encouraged: at 36 weeks my baby was breech, so I did the video of "how to turn your baby instantly" for 4 days, after that she turned around. Then I started to do this video and I took it really seriously for maybe a week, today I did it in the morning with my little daughters it was really nice. At 5pm until 10pm I started to have contractions, irregular at first at 10 pm they were regular and painful (but tolerable not "screaming in pain painful").I headed to the hospital, my water broke in the ER, straight to delivery room, I swear after 10 minutes and after 1 PUSH she was here, it was amazing and we were all including the staff very surprised, I did it before the doctor came, by myself because it was super fast. Thank you Jessica I am positive your exercises played a major role on this positive experience (I also remembered what you said about the respiration technic in other video, and how to relax between contractions and how I was bold enough to push even without a doctor because I felt the need to do it and remembered what you said in other video) . So thank you again it was amazing I hope everybody will have this positive experience!!!❤❤❤❤❤

    Thank you! I started doing this particular video two weeks before due date. I figure he was going to be born on due date because my other son was born on his due date as well. Anyways I was having contractions on June 13,2021 and decided to do your video before I went to the hospital and when I arrived I was 8 cm dilated. I was able to breathe through the pain and within three push he was out. I talk about your video to everyone I know. Keep up the amazing work.

    I did your workouts everyday throughout my pregnancy (yoga, cardio, walking workouts, strength etc.) and delivered my baby the way I wanted to on my due date. So glad I exercised and kept fit because giving birth was the hardest workout I ever had to do. Thank you for making these videos, can’t wait to do the postpartum ones.

    My due day was yesterday. I practiced these exercises for 3 weeks. I move a lot every day, I walk for a long time, I walk up the stairs, I eat healthily, I have tried all the tips for inducing labor, but still nothing ... I believe that I will finally see my baby. Anyway, thanks to your exercise, I feel fit. 🙂

    Ready for baby! I've been having prodomial labor for about a week, baby is 41 weeks tomorrow. Did this routine last night and this night and have had an increase in those contractions! Hopefully when he decides to come, the rest of the stages go quickly and healthy

    Thanks to this video...i was 38 weeks and 4 days pregnant and hopelessly waiting for labor to come or else i will be scheduled for induction at 39 weeks.then i found this video did the exercise at around 11pm.i woke up at 9am the next day with ruptured bag of water.at 9.15am contraction began with labor pain.arrived at hospital at 10.20am i was 4cm. admitted to labor and delivery room at 10.40am and 7cm already. then delivered my little boy at 11.55am.it was a very fast delivery.and i think this exercise contribute a lot for my fast delivery.thanks again.

    @@angelicamariarendon4874 I’m afraid not. I was induced at 42 weeks and my little boy arrived 42+1. The exercises probably helped my body to be strong for labour, which it needed to be as it was long and intense. I’m sure there are still benefits to the stretches even if it doesn’t start labour.

    I’m 40+5 today, I have been practicing exercises from this channel since week 30. My baby is still very high on my pelvis, no labour signs, midwife thinks I’ll reach 42 weeks and beyond. I like the channel and enjoy doing exercises, but baby will come when he decides to come

    I’ve been following your channel since my 1st pregnancy in 2020! I just had my 2nd natural home birth on the 9th of March, he was 2 days past his due date so I tried this routine, once in the morning and once at lunch, and he came quick and easy at 11:07 pm!!     I want you to know that his workout really works! I did it in the morning on the day I wanted to start labor (39.3 weeks). Contractions started at night after.     I have been having prodomal labor since I am 36 weeks , I am now 38 weeks and 4 days 😪 I even went to hospital and was sent home because my contractions are too irregular...I just did these exercises I truly pray they can help my body go into active labor 🙏🙏

    I did this work out yesterday & walked for abt a hour today & now I’m down in labor & delivery having the worst back contractions! I didn’t think this would work because nothing ever has but this definitely did something

    I'm 38+4 weeks today and due for a medical induction in 4 days. At my appointment yesterday, I was 1.5 cm dilated and 50% effaced. Baby is in a good position and I hoping that continuing to do this exercise will at least move things along further. It's been so helpful to have your videos as another resource to stay active and healthy throughout my pregnancy! Thank you!

    Had to come back to comment i did this video at 39 weeks 5 days. My baby was very ready but my water broke within one hour and I delivered the same night. I really appreciated the affirmations at the end. Thank you!

    I was taking online classes from 9 - 5 so I was having to sit for long periods at a time. kzread.infoUgkxEhgucmXpcAGYh8fatGFEnOK2V97VIwhG After the first day in a regular table chair, I thought about an exercise ball and ordered one that night. It came the next day! My hips, legs, back and butt couldn't have been happier! I'm almost 5'11" and I ordered the largest size and it was perfect for me. I also have RLS (restless legs) and this helped so much.Pumping it up was a little challenging and definitely gives you a good arm workout, (I'm a 62 yo woman) but it's very doable. Getting the tape centered with the hole to inflate it and then getting the pin back in was also a little tricky. But I love my new "chair" and I love the torquiose color. Hopefully it will also get used for exercise. 😁

    I'm 37 weeks today and i really want another natural induction, last time I had membrane sweeps and my water broken, this time I want my water to break on it's own and my body to do what it is intended to do all by itself. I will start this exercise and see how it helps! 😊 I also started meditations and I've been drinking RRL tea since 28 weeks.

    THANK YOU SO MUCH. I did this for a total of 7 days starting at 38 weeks and 4 days then I started getting contractions at 39 weeks and 3 days! Gave birth the next day 😃 this not only helped me with inducing baby but with birth I had it so easy

    So, I've only done about 10 minutes of the video twice this week (I have a 7 year old that runs around me while I try to do it, so I do smaller bursts of activity), but each time, I did experience contractions awhile later and in one week I went from a 1 to a 4 as far as dilation. Also, just from the little I've done, I felt really good afterward and more relaxed!! 😊💚

    I did your workouts throughout my second pregnancy because I wanted to be strong and ready for the birth. With my first child I was physically in really good shape but mentally delivering the baby was quite hard for me... When I was 4 days over my due date with my second child I planned to do this workout but before I even started I got contractions. So just thinking about this workout helped me :D unfortunately my birth was so quick - sounds better than it actually is - I wasn't able to apply much that I learnt here. 2 minutes in the hospital and I had my second baby boy in my arms. He is two weeks now and I can't wait to train postpartum with you. Thank you so much and lots of love from Austria!!

    Last Saturday i got my membrane sweep and I was 2cm dilated and 50% effaced, today I’m 39.4 weeks with no contractions so let’s try this workout and see how it goes! Wish me luck, I’ll keep you updated UPDATE I did this workout may 30th at 9:30 pm and went into labor at 4:30 may 31st. I was on labor without any pain medication for only 2 and a half hours and my baby was born may 31st at 7:07 am! Worked wonders to mr l

    I started following the videos and exercises from my third trimester and regularly did the yoga. My water broke just as I completed 37 weeks and I delivered my baby within 2 hrs. So many thanks to you And god bless you for the amazing job ure doing!!!keep up the good work!!

    I did these exercises along with squats, bouncing on an exercise ball and walking . I was in labor the next day ! Now I’m trying it again with my 3rd pregnancy!! Thanks so much

    After a disheartening 39+4 appointment that showed very little promise, I started doing this yoga flow. I got immediate relief to the hip and back pains that I had been experiencing for weeks. I don’t know if it was this flow specifically or if there were other factors, I went into labor after 3 days of doing this at 40+1, and had my second daughter 3 days ago (VBAC). I can’t wait to start doing the pelvic floor recovery and postpartum workouts to build my strength back. Thank you for these amazing resources ❤

    Ok...please if you haven't been doing this routine please do i started doing this at 37weeks first started once daily at 39 i started twice a day with eating dates and pineapple fast forward to delivery gave birth birth at 40 + 1day labored for 4hrs pushed just twice and guess what the doctor said and i quote "this is the first delivery i have taken with no stress" My little angel is two weeks today.     I did this in the afternoon around 3pm. Went into labor around 8pm and delivered a healthy baby girl at 40+3 at 1:43 am with no pain meds or interventions!! Just over a 5 hour labor and only pushed for 10 mins!! It was my second pregnancy and I’ve been doing many things to stay healthy/ induce so it could be coincidence but it’s definitely worth a try!! Excellent exercises- made me feel very good!

    I never thought i would write a comment on youtube, but here I am. I desperately needed to induce labor as the baby weight was a bit more than average and the doctor wanted to induce me in 4 days if it did not happen naturally.. I did these exercises (the ones that i find suitable for me) at 39+5. And guess what , the labour started on its own the next day!! after 22 hours my little baby boy was born at 39+6 . And here I am holding my baby 16 days later in my arms writing this. Thank you!!!! ❤

    I did this video as I was medically induced with my first one and wanted to avoid this for my 2nd. My 2nd one was born a day after the 2nd time a did this exercise. I also did lots of walking! thank you! I didn't need to be medically induced for my 2nd birth and went in and gave birth very quickly!

    I was 40 weeks and I went to the doctors the day before my due date and had zero signs of labor and was still dilated 2cm since my last appointment which was a week ago.. I was so disappointed and was determined to get this baby out! I stumbled across this video and decided to try it out.. along with many other things! But the next morning i was in labor and delivered my baby boy the very next day I was in labor total of 25hrs! I truly think this video helped and really kicked started my labor! So glad I found this video! Thank you

    Saw all the positive comments, not one to comment also but had to. Was 41+3 really wanting to avoid induction. I started this yoga at 41 weeks doing it around twice a day and went into labour 3 days later. Was also going for walks, raspberry leaf tea and pineapples but was doing those things before the 41 weeks, this specific yoga video was the only new thing I introduced at 41 weeks. I was also doing Pregnancy yoga and exercises throughout the pregnancy. I do think this video had a part to play in getting things moving!
