Thank you, I just sent your link to a 14 year old girl in Bangladesh who wanted to know how to recycle plastic waste. I told her to find a good mechanic. Really nice you made this open source so everybody can use it!
There is nothing consumer about this extruder. "pro" is an understatement. It's built like a piece of factory production equipment that needs to run 7/24 for 20 years between servicing. Absolutely beautiful.

Well spoken ✌
uow!! That was amazing! I'm suffering from the alignment of the base to the barrel, and now with this flange the project is much better!
This is awesome, thank you for doing what you do! I have a list longer than my arm of all the things I want to make from recycled plastic, much to the skepticism of some family members :)
Wonderful...Great demonstration. You contribution to make the world a better place is sublime.
All you guys are so hepfull to all. For the solutions and hope , thank you!
I appreciate so much you guys doing this. Now I have to figure out how find all the pieces
Just visited you GUYS PAGE DETAILED & ACCURATE WORK !!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!
I think I will build one thanks guys from Canada .
That is almost industrial. Really loved it. Extruder production companies will hate that :)

Great built. I probably make one in the future for home projects.
Great watching this video. I have no plans of building one. But it was very interesting following along. Thanks for sharing your ideas. Peter.
You are a fantastic craftsman, congratulation, greetings from Colombia
thank you for doing all these! is awesome.
great project , i'm also making my own filament extruder but small one :D
Outstanding mate ! THANKS !

Your engineering is outstanding as well as this video production, very clever well done
You made a wonderful machine
Bravo dude ... clever idea, like it much
Вы молодцы ребята, успехов вам.
Wonderful! unbelievable you can make the machine by yourself.
I really much inspired to precious plastic and now i am thinking to make my own plastic injection molding machine according to this design,,,, thank you very much

Great video!
Awsome i really need this .. 😍
you are awesome guys
THANK YOU FOR KNOWLEDGE VERY GOOD IDEA THANK YOU AGAIN SIR YOU ARE GREAT HERE KARISHNA
very impressive !
I'll love to see how you guys machined the extrusion screw. Any plans to show how to machine that?
@joshmdmd

@Andy Burns CNC lathe would do it. You'd need to know how your lathe reacts to the code. Alternatively, the safer option is fourth axis on a CNC mill.

@@joshmdmd the classic way to do it is to offset your tailpiece and make the cut depth taper. I have an old school lathe

This is wonderful i wish these smart guys can put this in a bigger operation to help us, especially third world countries where only 1% of waste materials are re-used. plse get in touch with me
Lots Of Information Guys, I just have one question though, Can I Use any type of steel on the extruder or is there a specific type ? Thanks again Keep The Knowledge coming
Well done guys
realy realy..... great job,,,,, complimenti davvero...
Your a big help
Definitely more of an overview then a how to but still interesting, never could find the plans on the site, downloaded a 650mb file but extracting showed tons of extracting errors.
Great Job
thank you for your effort, it's very useful knowledge. my Question is may i use this machine to extrude PVC like electrical hose?
Congratulations, its a perfect project. And the way to explain step by step is much better. Just we need the traduction in spanish, i speak english justa a littlel.
Wonderful
Excellent
can this extruder be used as a plastic injuction machine? adding a mold to the nozzle and maybe automate the process is that possible?
What is the durability of the plastic product? For instance in another video you discuss making plastic beams. Are they UV resistant? Maybe you can make a deck out of it, but if it will just crack when exposed to the sun it might not work out.
Very interesting... Do you have any videos to make plastic pipes from extruded recycle plastics?
Exelente por favor una version en español seria fenomenal.
GOOD JOB
HELLO, congratulations for the video and the work, a question what measure of wick would I have to buy and the spout (the shirt) of what measure would it be? Excuse me, my English, I'm from Argentina. I would appreciate if you could help me thank you very much
Would be nice if you could show us how you made an I beam (@ 25:42) with is machine. I have been recycling EPS foam to make concrete slabs for my own uses and your videos gave me a new idea. Thanks and let's recycle.

Hi, How do you do the EPS recycling? What are your kind of sources, do you define quality what is the end product and what steps are done to get the end product. Thank you :-)
Please to build fiber from pet waste.... I always waiting ur video.... thanks God bless u and ur team.....
Good afternoon, do you think there is any possibility that I could orient myself more with the plans, what happens is that I do not know very well how to make the part of the union between the endless drum and the motor
Where did you get the clamp bushing from at 21.00mins? There are no plans to make it or where to buy it???
So I am wondering what I can do with soft plastic becuase probly 80% plus of my waste is single use type plastics and I was wondering if thos type of machine would be clogged by this or I can use in this or something similar thanks in advance for any advice
God job my friends...👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼🇧🇷
Its perfect machine . No need of any kind of update
I have watched the build a few times and will probably build one, i have a few projects that i would need a n extruder for. These videos are really good. Can you give me and your other subscribers an indication of the output of the extruder, Kg/Hr of Polypropylene, also how many Kw you would need for the heater bands. The parts i want to make are an extruded part, 3 types, approximately 1 metre long. I am a retired Toolmaker and have a fully equipped engineering workshop. I hope you keep up the good work with these really good instructional videos. Reg
Brother fantástica y genial tu idea si pudieras compartir o hacer un video en Español..!!?? Gracias de antemano God bless you
Super idee
Can i get the detail dimension for this project. I need to studies more detail about this machine, and maybe build one.
Can we use this for blow molding. Please make attachment for blow molding. Thanks
I wonder if using a through hole into an gas heatreating oven this can be done without electric heaters? Also how many degrees to melt this plastic?
How are you swapping to a different type of plastic?
Real engineer
Hi guys where i can download the drawings and there are mentioned also motor type and heater units? i couldnt find any links to download the materials please help me !! Thnx
I hope i have one for my place, for rescycle some plastic

It will be underutilized if you just built or bought one for just your use, better idea is to build a community around recycling plastic; that way you reach more people and solve recycling needs for your community and/or locality.

If you want to build one for your own use, build it smaller like this: medium.com/endless-filament/make-filament-extruder-for-465-bbc0e8a74e74 apply same method, just different/smaller components which doesn't require 3 phase supply instead will work off DC power supply
Excellent video, nice shop everything is very good. Thank you friend. Excuse me is posible have your blue print..?
That's as good as the finest industrial machines for the purpose.
excelent
Hey Guys, Can the machine mix UV powder and plastic together?
Can we use this to shred Styrofoam.
How did you chop up the plastic what did you use thank you
Good👏👏
nice
Hi One Army, I would like to ask if this type of extruder build can extrude a mixture of hdpe plastics and sand, to form bricks? thank you in advance !!!!!
how is the motor fixed on to the table? wouldn't be better to have the motor under the table ?
Is it possible to make extrusion pipe using that machine?
How strong motor in kW is used forr extrusionPRO in the video ? thanks
thanks for the tutorial, how much did it cost you to make this machine
@peter-basschelling6695
4 жыл бұрын
Around €2000 - 2500 for all the materials (in the Netherlands). This includes the screw, motor, frequency drive and heater parts.
The rosary as a tool... interesting (0:54)
Bro could you guide how to design screw zone ? Or could you share calculation?
What type of motor and reducer for this machine?
plz i want to knw if you sale all the type of the machines and tell me the costs of each one plz am waiting for your respons
