Thanks for this vedio master. I had an impression that Pre workout is unnecessary for fat loss. Now I have an idea why it is that much important. Already lost about 4kgs in intermittent fasting but past 2 weeks I am doing weight training so couldn't continue intermittent fasting. With your support I am continuing my fat loss journey.

Two quick questions: 1. Can I do workout empty stomach/ only black coffee earlier in the morning because I do workout in morning reach gym by 6am or 6:30am. 2. Can I do running earlier in the morning before weight training for 20-30 mins. Expecting your good response.

1. yes 2. run after workout so that you will be good in workotu and running. if you start with running, your workout will dip

U can train fasted with black coffee or tea if ur goal is only fat loss and longevity. U can balance body weight in kg dived by half grams of protein in post workout

ideally you dont need to stop but its not mandatory\ i supplement when i start reducing food to lose fat in other times i use it on and off
Master one doubt my friend is getting up at 4.50 am and doing tiffin and lunch for kid .at 6 30 she is having her bf as 2 idly .around 7.45 she is having a coffee. 8 to she is doing workout. Please let me know is this is correct. I heard blood flow will go to stomach for digestion of food instead of muscles. She is tonning her body.
