Where SC justice gets appointed as rajya sabha member, chairman of various committees such as NHRC , CIC or tribunal or office of governor just within months of retirement , it's not uncommon for a judge to take decision in favour of govt or penalise those who dare to speak against government.

@Kartikey Mishra I would like AAP or Congress, because they are the educated people, they at least didn't plunge the gdp into a hole. Also AAP has provided basic facilities like free water and electricity at lowest charges ( Rs 3 per unit) in their reign. It was Congress under whose rule, Bangalore became India biggest IT hub, and more and more foreign companies have established and provided jobs. At least the country wasn't living in fear at that time at least.

For example: manmohan Singh was a finance minister who actually had a Ph.D. in economy so he knew how to run the economy ,and that's how he was able to take right decision of FDI during world recession. But now we had Arun Jaitly who is an LLB so here we are dealing with two economical disasters demonetization and GST. plus there is an additional tax which is going to imposed on us. If u withdraw more than 10 lacs from you account in a year , then need to face this tax.

If you think that Congress - the party of looters and corrupts or the Left with its utopian ideology would have been better placed to address this issue then you are living in a world of fool's paradise. The successive governments in India have failed to resolve the issue and one reason is that many businesses have failed to improve the labor productivity instead they indulge in labor exploitation by making employees work for longer hours. Besides, there is a significant disparity in wages between government and private sector where government workers work far less hours for a higher wages while it is the opposite for private sector employees.

G H don’t believe everything he has said. Use your mind before jumping to conclusions. If what he said has any truth then Modi government would have lost in the election, but it’s the other way around. I was a congress supporter so far, what has Congress done in the last 65 years of its rule? There are 4 lakh pending cases in various courts in India pending for unknown reason for the past 20-30 years. Can you or he answer why? You don’t do anything in the interest of people but keep blaming of what is not done. Did you ask why was the inflation so high in the congress rule, why was petroleum not controlled? Why was employment, education, health, etc., not addressed or tackled by the previous govt.

All the institution of India whether it's Reserve bank of India or supreme court or CAG all are working fine and independently. U know something, the joker PM candidate for Congress called Rahul Gandhi accused Modi in a deal called Rafale between india and France to acquire fighter jets. The entire judicial system in India and French government found nothing wrong doings in the deal but he kept on accusing and the Govt was bought in the court to clarify it. After that the Supreme court said the deal is neat n clean. Every institution is working independently under Modi. He is transforming India in a good and rapid way. He is very good in business as well. He stuck 27 deals in 3 days with UK. Lastly u said majority is not always right...sir in a democracy the person is not right simply becoz majority people believe in him. Majority people believe in him because he is right.

He's a man of courage risking his life in an India controlled by Modi. Still risk of lynching cannot be ruled out.

It is necessary to criticize the government for its specific policies if they are detrimental. But at the same time, I believe in this government too. The reason is this government is actually developing infrastructure pending for 70 years. When Deng Xiaoping became Leader of China, India had nearly the same infrastructural level as that of China. But then they whooshed away at light speed while we still retained the same damn old infrastructure for 70 damn years. It is now that finally they are gaining pace. We are finally getting major rail connectivity with the Northeast after years of neglect, many new expressways, smart cities, townships, bridges, tunnels are being built at a very fast pace, at a scale unprecedented in India before. It won't be possible for other parties, because we saw how much infrastructural development took place under Congress's tenure. Yes they initiated many projects, but never completed them even after 12-13 years.
