Aww that was very moving . 🤍 I can't even imagine the pain of loosing a child. Wow that's an incredible healing journey to get though. Great practical points. Ty so much for sharing. 🙏 Not an easy journey to pull out of the dark gooey pit of depression . I came to the inner standing that it's way harder to stay stuck, than it is to keep moving . That was a personal mental game changer .

Life still matters even after getting over something like loss. Only once you get through the other side can you see from a different perspective and appreciate that your own life still matters to you and others around you. I hope your ok Vincent!
