24:30 I love this part. I once read about this from the manga Vagabond and a monk in the manga by the name Takuan Soho said these things in chapter 257: "We suffer the most in this world when we lack a connection to the heavens. If there is a higher purpose in life you just have to let it be. You just have to accept it for what it is." "Then the doors opened up. All these doors that were shut suddenly opened wide... This was true freedom... And it was completely different from my previous notion of what that was..." "All our individual paths... They've been preordained by the heavens. And its for that very reason that we are free. As long as we release ourselves, our very essence, up to the heavens." My explanation: Everyone has their own destiny given to them by the heavens. No matter how much you try to fight against this destiny you will only suffer. Because it is as if you are trying to swim against the current of a river. Only when you surrender yourself to the heavens and stop fighting against the current is when you finally let life run through you. Only then will you be free and at peace.

I love the insights about night and day being the same time, and the realisation that despite 50 different reasons for jealousy, the feeling remains the same. Anger is anger, joy is joy. Good to reflect on. Thanks again. I pray that I and others are guided toward the truth, whatever belief we have.

You said yourforic! And the concept we believe that we achieve from our self. Do you ever get tired of listening to yourself speak. Or have you become complete with your self haveing the ability to speak into one’s mind! And openly speak about people’s feelings actions and even experiences. You got this right for any or every great accomplishment that our world is designed to achieve. So where will you begin with this concept once your actions are completed at our highest levels in expense! Will you honor our voices as your own? And is in it enough that we be ready for our worldly riches so distress or death to identity doesn’t occur from such a solid standpoint in financial gains! As well as securing the point that riches are the prosperity that separates the loyalty and respect regarding dominance in world powers!

Thank you, as always, for the wisdom and the inspiration :) I especially liked Master's personal example of that fleeting moment of profound happiness and fulfillment, while receiving pure joy without any expectations, on the top of the mountain in Tailand... I vividly imagined all the details of his journey there, and the stunning view he saw when he got there - it must have been AMAZING! I think it's was such a wonderful, picturesque examplification of his teachings :) (But I won't mention any details of this story here, to encourage other viewers to see the whole interview till the end - it's really WORTH IT!) I've started to practise with the Shaolin Online videos AGAIN (after a longer break) and I already feel better, after just TWO days... It will never cease to amaze me how fast the positive change comes whenever I do those exercises: right movement, right breathing, right motivation and mindset! The energy is REAL, it instantly pours into me and radiates out of me, whenever I LET IT FLOW through me! The difference betweeen how I feel when I do practise regularly and when I don't is so huge that it feels nearly infnite... So even though "life gets in the way" (or maybe it's just me, and my excuses, and my laziness) and something always makes me stop doing those exercises after a while - I always come back to them again. I hope that this time I will be more consistent and practise much longer... or better yet - that I'll never stop. I also finally want to master the Buddhist Qi Gong course that I bought from Shaolin Online site some time ago - it's so beautiful and graceful, both the form itself and the mantra accompanying it... I just feel so GRATEFUL that I discovered some wonderful buddhist masters to learn from, in the seemingly chaotic wilderness of the Internet, together with Master Shi Heng Yi and his generous teachings - here on KZread at first, an then on the external sties too... And I'm grateful to the Mulligan Brothers (and sisters!) for those interviews too - they are the icing on the cake to enrich my understanding of the physical exercises. So THANK YOU! :)

We really probably should consider ourselves truth speakers and know we’re damned if we do. And damned if we don’t. Silence being damned if we do. Speaking damned if we dont. So you spoke the rain into existence right along with everything else. So it’s the complete control and power in our elements that we are at peace with our selves. My body is at a constant level of control over mixed emotions and hidden expressions that it has begun to thrust for its final transformation. Development is strong in your words it has become counter procrastination towards the truth in clutter behind environmental justice’s that will take complete unity on start to finish touches that insure our testimony into mastering from one level to the next.

My take on the ego is this: It is our self image in a social setting, and it is a narrow view of who we are that usually does not take "unconscious" aspects into account. I usually picture identifying solely with the ego as letting my right foot control my entire life. It is a very unbalanced experience. At the same time, you do not want to chop off your right foot to correct the unbalance. You want to zoom out and realize that your ego is one aspect of you, just like a cloud in the sky that is your whole being.

Nonidentification refers to the concept that all phenomenon we perceive by the aggregate of our senses is impermanent and “empty” of substance. This is summarized by the Heart Sutra.

I would like to talk with Shi Heng Yi, this for me is very important, i reach Nirvana. I will give a brief description of what I felt, of course, there was a lot of Self-Realization of Truths. But here it goes, one night in bed after I realized that there is no I only We or Us, but is different in my language and after I conquered "Sexual Desire", I Felt something falling, something high from the sky, falling down and passing through me down deep into the earth. After that I felt fire burning coming from the top of my head down my body, disappearing at my feet, next the fire went into my heart, a huge bonfire in my heart, I felt Joy and Happiness, and all my pain washed away, I start crying of happiness... Next, I saw a golden circle in my imagination or mind, and I blackout and went up into a place very bright I could not see, but I felt 12 entities, I don't remember much of what happened and what they said, I remember falling down and I only wake up when I reach the body, and 12 fallen to. They have opened my eyes and ears to the unseen and unear, the other world, they are still with me, they have helped, i learned powers that i know how to use but never tried, I feel no need, and understand nonsenses about the history and they teach me wisdom. I have tried to find out who they are but they don't tell me, i feel like they are Egyptian Gods, but there are no names and they don't speak, they communicate in another way, its like i just know want they want to tell me something. But all of this was back in 2018, now i have meet others in dreams, in dreams i travel with them to serval places, they have help me to gain control of myself in dreams and this was one of the first things they did to me, i fell this is very important.

Because our personal reality is created by our personality which is why it’s called personality = personal reality. Our personality is created by how/what we think How/what we think creates how we feel How what we feel creates how we act and behave Therefore if we start thinking about what our own meaning for life is or what kind of life we want for ourselves to ourselves personally then we’ll start to feel that then we’ll start to behave in a way that we know our meaning or we already have that life we want. The mind believes everything it’s told, it doesn’t know what’s true or false so if you think negatively you start to feel negative then act negatively same goes with thinking positive.
