►In this video I share entering, trapping, and striking options from Shorin Ryu Kata Fukygata Ni. Ideas were inspired via my cross-training in boxing and muay thai. The idea of framing off of the body to disrupt balance and position yourself in an advantageous position for striking and take downs were demonstrated. I hope you enjoy this and find ways to use it.
