Man I'm so excited for this!!! I've ALWAYS wanted to go back and play all the old games I used to play on playstation, psp, gameboy color, and gameboy advance but I found the prices to buy the systems and games to be insane!! I found this device for only $30 and that was with the oled screen option can't wait until it comes!!!

Pleasantly surprised by this device love that it comes pre loaded with many games for various systems and a decent sized screen, might have to get one. 905 snes games pre installed wow. 😳😳

lol half of the games dont work good

I remember super smash bros on 64 I remember the anticipation as everything was lagging frame to frame, it was slow and amazing. I wonder if ita working as intended, gta shouldn't lag that much but apparently the re-release does.

Great console for the price, the emulation is great, awesome screen, comfortable in hands, good customization possibilities in the base software... and if you have your own roms library, it's easy to rearrange/make libraries directly in the RGB. But if you don't, it already comes with good roms in it. (i also love to watch movies on it when i'm travelling 🤫)

My wife surprised me with one of these for Christmas. So far it works very well, except some of the N64 games lag a little bit. But all of the Game Boy or Sega games I've tried so far have been working perfectly. Mine included a 128gb micro SD card, so the size of the card you get will probably factor into how many games you get out of the box.

@@apart-timeastronaut6530 Yes, it has thousands of games ready to paly out of the box. It took me a few minutes to figure out how to power it on for the first time, but once it's on it's ready to paly! I've heard you can download more, I'm personally not sure how yet.

@@mploco183 Yes, it has save states so you can store multiple save files for one game. So far the games I've gone back to have saved my progress the same way it would have on a Game Boy.

The controller layout seems impractical, same goes to the shoulder buttons. It would be great if they make similar to the Vita with L2 /R2 and L3/R3.

but for the orientation, this works pretty well, i mean most game here except from dreamcast have only single shoulder buttons

Very tempted to get one of these I like that it has loads of pre installed games and two joysticks are nice pretty good triggers as well. Also really like you can change the theme of the emulator screen makes it so you can custom change it to what you prefer

They don't have to have the Wi-Fi but I would like this game handheld game console to be more bigger work out little kinks a bigger screen display and I think it would be perfect for Retro Gaming oh yeah and make a way for some of the games to run faster when in gameplay such as PSP Dreamcast yall know what I mean and fix the game lags for for the gaming performance

What is the alternative? I heard "burnik" or something mentioned in the video if you want something better. But I'm not sure if I'm writing it correctly.

What device right now would be able to play all those games with better specs? I've been wanting to play these kinds of games for a long while I don't know what to get/look for besides wanting it to have joy sticks for games that require them

Ps1 games run fine in my experience. I overclocked the ps1 cpu/gpu(unsure which one it was)in the emulator settings when I had a ps1 game open and it made any ps1 games played after, run smoothly. The weird kinda issue is that n64 games don’t seem to run smoothly and there’s no overclock option on the emulator settings. I’m unsure if the n64 was just a more demanding console than the ps1 (I didn’t think so but am unsure). You’ll enjoy the console for anything below that generation, gbc/gba/neo geo/snes/genesis/arcade and so on. Don’t even try to attempt Dreamcast because it’s more or less a waste of time sadly.

So the Nintendo 3ds advanced works but the screen goes black you can move cursor and then try to pres the back buttons R or L then the screen will go on. You have to play with it a little for it to work

@@jdos5643 not sure about changing the quality but for brightness, press and hold right analog stick and at the same time, press up or down dpad button to adjust brightness

Hello. Looking for help please. I just received my powkiddy and was able to play it for about 20 minutes. Now the screen is just black and nothing will work. The orange light is on indicating the power is on but nothing… I have charged it fully but nothing is working. Please help 🙏

Only PSP has fast forward function. No idea about Pokémon trading. Yes you can play multiplayer.

I just purchased the Anbernic rg35xx before seeing this, which is better? Has anyone compared the 2?

Does handheld have unlimited memory card for PS1? I can't find something to switch memory card 1 to 2.

Most powerful Linux handheld is the Anbernic RG552, it’s powered by the RK3399. One of my favs. Easy to add games etc.

I have my handheld in front of me and I’m on options. And one of them says ps1 - generate M3U files. What does it mean

Seriously considering getting one of these, mainly to play the Pokémon DS games, but is there any way of ensuring all the games are on it that I want before buying? And if not, is there a way of adding more games to it after purchase? Thanks!

I just got one for Christmas. The DS selection is a bit limited compared to the other systems, (I assume because without the use of the touch screen, some games would be difficult to replicate,) I don't recall seeing any DS Pokemon games listed out of the box. However, I have heard that you can download more games into the Powkiddy. It does include virtually every Pokemon game from the Game Boy Classic, Color, and Advanced.

Just get a 3ds and crack it. Games will run natively and you wont spend much more money

I have issues with two ps1 games on it. Diablo is completely unresponsive on any buttons for some reason. Second is Front Mission 3. It's forever stuck on now loading screen.

Hi has any one an answer to this. I bought one off eBay uk £65 quid. Know games on this hand held it says on the listing 2000 built in. It has one SD card in the right side of the game the seller says I have to buy the SD card with the games separate I shore this is crap. It just doesn’t have two SD cards. First the seller said make sure the two SD cards are in properly then after I said it only has one SD card he then said I have to buy it separately. The seller has know more that’s why he is taking crap. So should this game come with 2000 games. Thanks

Only 1Gb RAM 🤦. That's like making a Ferrari and putting in the engine of a Ford Fiesta.

This device is old, so I think it's better to buy a RG353 device from anbernic or buy the RGB30 by powkiddy. Or the X55.

All it needed was 2 gigs of ram to run more smoothly. Very impressive though. I need one.
