white zombie. rob was still in that band, but white zombie made more human than human, not just rob zombie. astro creep 2000 is where i heard it first.

AposCel To be fair, Rob missed a few steps. For one to be more human than human, one must learn how to be a human first. Spider knows what he is doing. People had been astray since 95.

Even if they're inconsistent with the gimmicks, one thing is always consistent: Spider One's spastic dancing. I love it.

I dunno if I'd call them inconsistent... They just swing back and forth from spacey to comic-bookish, with heavy doses of pulp and cheese... But they always have that sweet-ass bass-driven groove!

Farmer Hobo I always liked that about them, that they played with different themes and identities. It made their music and lyrics almost theatrical

Given that they aren’t massively known I would say they still own them. Though nobody in the music industry is pure, but I’d wager these fellas haven’t gone too deep into anything The exception to this though is if they are not on a label and are independent like Tom MacDonald is

I love how you can really get a urge to dance to their songs.

I do miss the 90's PM5K. They were severely overshadowed by Spiders older bro, Rob. They had a cool style though, very vi tage Sci-fi. Tonight The Stars Revolt was like listening to an old sci-fi radio show.

Rob/White Zombie is my favorite band of all time. And PM5K are not that far after. Zombrex, perhaps a referens to Dead Rising?

I crank this song every Monday morning and it gets me going

its scary how accurate this is. its a good song

Pm5k is a true to the roots rock band! Always kept the same image and fan base since the 90s. Much love for them going back to high school to this day!

@@frankstallone3864 Their style and vibe is absolutely genuine, which is the most important part. Mega Kung Fu Radio, Transform and Builders of the Future may all sound different tonally, but that colorful and brazen punk vibe with sci fi influences is still very much present.

Dear KZread, I don't care about the One Direction Honda commercial, I would rather get to a band that has lasting success and ability thank you.

These guys are awesome. Seen them in concert in April and it was badass

Saw them in a concert in an old factory in Dayton Ohio in 2003. They shredded that place.

They finally made a music video for it. Not bad. Awesome song. The album was fantastic. Well done, Powerman 5000....Well done.

I actually paid to see this album track to be played back at me tonight. In Melbourne. It is a shame, because my headphones and speakers at home have better audio quality. Not to mention that everything on stage was not sung but backtracking. The point where the bassist stops playing yet the bass keeps playing.... I love these guys. Have for more than 10 years. But paying to "experience" them live, which ended up being nothing but a KZread playlist. I now own a PWM5000 T-Shirt, I have seen them on stage. But I have not heard them Live. And this, to me is sad.
