Yet again we take another ride through the mentality of the powerlifter. Savagery ensues.

The Pandemic might be the most anabolic time in human history! If you didn't work out through the pandemic, you missed a huge anabolic window.
5 years waiting, man! 5 years waiting for number 3.
FINALLY a third edition, parts one and two have been my preworkout for years
I hit a 275lb Zercher today after watching the first Powerlifting: The mentality. Great Stuff!

It’s a mindset
RIP Louie Simons
I've watched part I and II for quite some time, breaking pr's while listening to Metallica, thanks for creating my favorite motivation videos ever, much love from Mexico
Things have been seeming pretty low and I’m at my lowest but for some reason today I woke up at 6 o clock and the barbell was calling me it resonates with me and together a warrior has been made I’m not the strongest physically but my will it burns and I’ve never felt more passion in anything I’ve ever done now I’ll extend this rage and tenacity to the real world and it all starts seeming a little more worth it.
“Thank you very much. Get outta da wey.” Love that

Mentality 4?! I love these
Sad to see KK. Such an unfortunate and untimely tragedy that led to the loss of such an absolute LEGEND🙏🏻
Rest in peace Louie Simmons
RIP Louie Simmons
That window of opportunity, unbalanced, lifting till the nose bled, feeling a 1000lbs on the bench, the preworkout video that replaced Conan the Barbarian's wheel of pain, the sacrifices that were made, when the lifting partner lifts your girlfriend out shine him at the meet with a better looking girl and a way bigger bench. One of a kind. Do I have regrets? hell yes I have regrets... But I had a lot of good moments too!
Hardcore. Benn watching every few months for 8 years now.
Liked and saved before I even saw the video. For the love of God keep them coming!
I miss the good ole days. RIP KK, one of the most knowledgeable guys on the planet

Rest in power to one half of the Morgan Park Monsters 👹 Noah i love you brother, we bonded through heavy ass weight. Keep me strong in spirit.
Been waiting so long for this, rewatched the first 2 a million times during training
I found your videos about a month ago and I’m so happy you uploaded again.
Thanks to have done such a great video. Have been watching for years
After all these years, finally! I started every single training in my last block leading up to the meet with the first video. Thank you for this :D
I waited 5 years for this. And it was well worth it.
Honestly my favorite video to watch before the gym. Gets me fired up every time!
I LOVE THESE VIDEOS. Thank you!
Sampson. I thought you gave up on these, thankful you are still around. Your videos are the best around.
Please make a video in honor of Louis Simmons
I wish that you make a new video of this kind
The first 2 are responsible for so many PRs. Thank you for finishing the trilogy.
This was great. What a trilogy. I was on the fence to commit to this sport and then I remember after the end of your first video in the series, I was like, "Fuck yeah I'm doing Powerlifting!" These get me so amped! Thank you for sharing such a great series for all of us!
Hell yeah!!! Your back!! Nice one brother. Needed this again. 👊💪
Have my notifications on, waiting for that #4. 10 years on and your list in my go to for all my lifts💪
Yo real talk I never stop watching your vids like literally today I was still watching them this was a surprise
Still waiting on part 4…..

Love It!... Epic lifts and Dave puking in a garbage can... Classic!
"What'd you do last weekend?" "Strict curled a Porsche." "Oh, coo-- wait, wut?"
This video hypes me for the gym every time I need a boost
Rip louie
I tell people all the time, when you hear about a 1k+ lift, that isn’t attainable for most people because to do that, to be that good, you MUST be willing to burn everything else to the ground. Time is short, and you must strike while the iron is hot.
i've been waiting for this
You make some quality videos mate. Thank you for another one.
Love these videos! When is part 4 coming?
Another masterpiece Sampson
Thank you very much
2:57 when people mention Hollywood thats what i think of. "Thank you very much, get out the way".

Fuck yeah!!!!!!! Love the mentality ones gives you a reality check.
I wondered if you had a copy of the video "powerlifting the pioneers" (I'm fairly sure that's what it was called). It features the song "outro" by M83, and was made by sampson7858. It's disappeared. I consider it to be the highest art.
I like powerlifting and metal music.

Will there ever be the Mentality 4?
Hey would you be okay with me making an edit with this similar format for throwing instead? I’m planning on using the Apocalyptica version of “One” followed by the metallica version with footage from shotput and discus competitions and training etc. Just want to clear it with you first, and I will give you credit
