    For accessories in a home gym, I don't know if you came across it, but some people on youtube are doing some pretty sick things with lever arm rack attachement (pendulum squat, leg press...). Not sure how safe it is though ^^" Personnaly, buying an adjustable bench with an attachment for leg curl and leg extension have been a game changer to train legs at home. But maybe space is an issue for you? (Well, I guess it always is 😅) Pretty jealous of your brand new cable machine, and your belt squat attachment ;) Keep up the good work, and good luck on your next meet

    Thanks a lot. Yeah I would need more.space for another bench and wouldn't get rid of the one I have. I can do most muscle groups at home now though so not desperate for anything else

    Nice session man, you clearly are well rounded as you got a nice physique too, the arms look jacked up, especially when you were curling. The BP seemed to move well which is good since you were not feeling it during wu. Best regards

    Thanks, yeah fatigue will be quite high now as well so in the final peak weak I should feel pretty good after a taper

    I‘ve Seen some advanced Powerlifters train now, and it feels like apart from the Main movements they train very bodybuilderesque 🧐
