Lottie, thank you so much for making your videos. I've lately hit a slump with working out during quarantine, and I've challenged myself to do at least 10 minutes of yoga or pilates every day just to get back into the habit. These shorter videos have been great to build up my motivation and are easy to combine with other videos for longer and more customized workouts. You have such a pleasant voice and your flows are always thoughtful yet challenging. Thank you and I hope you keep doing what you're doing!

I'm a circus artist used to some really intense training. I'm on medication that puts me at risk of tendon tears and ruptures so these videos have been a god send for me to still feel like I'm moving and able to keep my strength

thanks Aimee- so pleased they help with your hyper - mobility. I'm a bit the same so have to be careful to work to full range of mobility but keep it a bit more contained and controlled. Easier said than done x

I love how hard this routine is. Felt my body on fire ! Can’t usually do a whole session which lasts like 30min but this I can do it everyday

Hi Lottie! I love love love completing your videos each morning! What modifications can one make if they have wrist pains (carpal-tunnel) and can't do the planking positions on wrists, or the last bridge up on wrists? Are elbows sufficient for the same workout? Thanks so much! Melissa
I loved this! The pace was perfect-slow and deliberate to make sure the moves were proper and thorough. It seemed very “classical Pilates” to me. Thank you!

Great routine! The upside down plank with leg lift was really hard, I had to bend my knees, it felt like I was going to hurt something with the backs of my knees having that much pressure on them. Any tips?

This is my first time following one of your videos and its the best pilates routine i've done - Is there anything I can do to help the strain on my neck when doing "hundreds" i think you call them? Thank you so much

Hey Eloise, thanks so much - so pleased you enjoyed this routine. That's really common to get some strain in the neck when in a chest lift position as we hold a lot of tension there- try to encourage the movement to come from your ribcage/chest rather than your neck, let your head fall into your hands like a hammock. Try putting a band/towel behind your head and holding it to support the head and whenever it strains, just reset yourself. Hope that helps. Lottie x

Too rushed with no counter pose in between. Although the exercises are appropriate I feel that this is not quite pilates in the true-st sense
