November update: when it was peak COVID (March, Sydney) and every shop and studio was closed, I came across this awesome video by Kat and died the first time - but have been doing it 3-4 times weekly at home since then! Fast forward to today and I can do side and middle splits easily anytime and I have become stronger (I noticed this when I went back to the studio again) this is one of the best works outs :) thanks Kat

Wow that is awesome! I just did this today, though I also found Cat during peak COVID times. Definitely one of the more powerful ones and reading your comment's made me want to do this more so I can do the splits easily!

Great to hear you're repeating videos over and over. I did that with Bryan Kest's Power Yoga series, repeating then thousands of times over a decade plus. There are three of them, and they're on KZread.

So I'm probably more in the beginner-moderate range but I loved this. There were things I definitely skipped since I wasn't there in my practice, but a small victory is that I got up into half-wheel! Wheel is one of my goals (but I'm also super wary to dive in because of a lower back injury), so this was huge for me! Thanks, Cat!

"Let comes what come, let go what go, see what remains". I love it- I wish i could... nah, I am working on being that succinct myself. That and eagle legs in down dog (garudasana legs/adho mukha savasana)? Love it Cat, brilliant!!! (I like garudasana arms everywhere- especially in gomukhasana, straighten tall, then bend at the waist, helps my tight hips/lower back so much). And somebody wrote about the timing of the impromtu inversions is great- so true! Keep it going bud!
I really loved this practice. I am just getting into power flows and I appreciate how clear your directions were considering the higher pace of the practice. I had been trying for 6 months to get into the right savasana. I just could never make my lower back touch the mat as i used to have anterior pelvic tilt. This is one of the first flows I did with you, back in November 2019. I remember not being able to do a lot of the poses and telling myself I would keep doing this flow until I was able to do it all, haha. More than a year later and being part of the Soul Sanctuary community I can happily say I didn't just stick to this flow until 'I was able to do it all', haha, but I've kept practicing, daily. There are still a few poses I'm working on but mostly I can say I am proud I am able to follow your pace and content with what I can and cannot yet do. :) Thank you Cat, this - alongside with the 1-hour power Vinyasa flow - was one of the flows that got me into daily yoga practice.
