    I've always been a skinny-minnie, but when I went through the menopause I started to put on belly fat. It was so depressing and nothing would shift it. I saw this video and found out how to make magnesium oil and have used it daily (for a month so far). I FEEL AMAZING! Sleeping better, better mood, floaters in eyes gone and belly fat is reducing! Wow! Thank you so much - both of you😍😍

    Great info on the Floaters Heather. I ve just started on the Magnesium, so I will keep an eye on this , haha , the pun was not intended. The few days I have been on it my sinus have cleared up. I would wake up blocked every morning, not any more ! PS Do you rub magnesium oil into your belly fat? That might shift it even faster.

    This is the best kept secret that is right in front of us. It's so sad to see how few people know about the benefits of vitamins and minerals. I struggled with fatigue and depression for over 20 years until I found Dr. Dean's article on magnesium. Since then, I have everyone in my family on magnesium and it changed all our lives. My mom tells me that the only reason she functions is because she takes the Magnesium. I see a huge difference when I don't take it for a few days.

    Thank you for the info. It is super important for Dr’s to stop Saying vague statements like “I’m against high dose vitamin D” without specifying what is a high dose to them. Better yet don’t make statements without providing why and some blood tests for cases to prove their case. We need collaboration between these good doctors and we don’t need opinions we need facts. Example: get blood test first. From there what are the proper doses of each thing we should take, magnesium (what type) D3,k2, b complex and so on. I’m tired of blanket statements and different opinions that confuse me while I’m trying to dial in my supplements for my family.

I'm going to put it straight to use in my own life and anyone else I can let know how important it is. I had a little side thought regards magnesium, (being as the word is so close to magnet), having a hunch there might be more about this than we realize. I had a feeling it might have something to do with realigning us somehow. I discovered magnesium has poles! I guess if we have enough of this in our body, we can actually "be" better, wherever we are on planet earth, as it's really one big magnet… that's as far as I've got :)) Thanks again for your very insightful information, & Dr Carolyn Dean, you look very healthy.

I TOLD HIM THESE VERY SYMPTOMS AND THEY DID A FEW BLOOD TESTS AND TOLD ME THEY WERE FINE AND SEE YOU IN A YEAR BUT I STILL HAVE THE SAME SYMPTOMS. I HAVE DRY EYES, SLEEP PROBLEMS, TIRED ALL THE TIME, MUSCLE SPASMS ETC. I HEARD VITAMIN A DEFICIENCY CAN CAUSE DRY EYES SO I STARTED TAKING VITAMIN A AND OTHER SYMPTOMS WERE CAUSE BY MAGNESIUM DEFICIENCY. I AM NOW TAKING BOTH VITAMIN A SUPPLEMENTS AND MAGNESIUM. I HOPE EVENTUALLY TO GET OFF ALL MEDICINES. I ALREADY DROPPED THREE PRESCRIPTION DRUGS. DOCTORS WON'T EVEN TALK ABOUT VITAMIN DEFICIENCY. IT WOULD PUT THEM OUT OF BUSINESS AND THEY WANT YOU COMING BACK. THEY SUPPORT THE DRUG COMPANIES.

Then they re going to swear upon Hippocrates text before starting their job : BUT HIPPOCRATES SAID LET FOOD BE YOUR MEDICINE .... ( I have studied to be part of those so called Drs btw ). But I have studied even more to be also an expert in nutrition before those no nutrition sciences of medicine !!! So never realised how big pharma was manipulating the all medical education system !!! Until internet & you tube came up !!! The vast majority of doctors of medicine never studied nutrition, it is not their field of expertise. This lady is a rare exception. The big pharma drug companies sponsor faculties of medicine. Hmmmmm, that might explain a few things. Doctors prescribing chemo, I have been told, recieved a nice incentive.... follow the money. Teaching folks to eat right, does not produce the vast profits.

    Wow, has the cat been taking magnesium too? It was so calm when being held haha I knew if my cat was still alive and I held her she probably would've scratched my face off. Yet another excellent interview with the gorgeous Dr carolynn Dean. I think the woman's brilliant and when I get some money would love to purchase her books. I hope the lady never gives up and I hope there can be copies of these videos in case the videos are ever taken down or she dies etc. People really need to know about how important magnesium is. Damn big pharma won't tell people about magnesium because they make too much profit from the uneducated. I've tried to make people aware of magnesium before, especially when I was a student a few years ago and all my friend drank was energy drinks all the time (Monster) and only ate junk food. But hey ho she's right that people don't listen. Oh well let them be ill then, I'm only concerned about me and my family nowadays anyways.I watched your previous video interview with Carolynn Dean and read the comments about everyone saying your laugh was annoying and you cut in/butted in more when she spoke. I can see that you've not butted in at all in this video which, or if you did it was very little. I think you're more professional in this video, I'm sorry I don't mean to sound harsh. I'm just pointing out and appreciating the fact that you're one of the few youtubers that listens to their viewers opinions. I never thought it was much of an issue honestly. But hey ho people still like to moan.Great man! There needs to be more people like you. Even the cat feels really safe with you, shows they know a great person. Great videos keep it up!

I had vitamin D resistance, hypoparathyroidism (low calcium and low PTH - parathyroid hormone) and my long list of symptoms...over 50 symptoms which all pointed very clearly to severe magnesium deficiency. My echocardiogram showed my mitral heart valve was calcified too.

    The magnesium chelates (kee-late) seem the best and have good bio-availability, so you absorb more. These are normally made in conjunction with Albion minerals and feature the logo. I use Doctors Best brand but there are others that use Albion minerals also. Magnesium citrate is cheap and maybe good also. It is reportedly not as rough on the gut as magnesium oxide, which is basically just a laxative. I've encountered no gut issues with mag chelate of up to 400mg (2 x 200mg) daily. Transdermal creams might be appealing also. Probably zero chance of gut issues with that form. Powder seems better than tablets, as some tablets can be large. Tastes like a mild baking soda, but you get used to it fast. I mix it with about a third of a glass of water so it's not too diluted. Similar to what you would do with aspirin.

    This is a very good podcast, thank you for sharing! The only issue I have with it is that Dr. Dean never mentions precisely the dosages she recommends. Her answers are very vague, like "get enough" which isn't helpful at all. How much magnesium did she take before her surgery, for instance? How much is recommended if you need to "fill up your tank"? How much would be too much? Is diarreah the only indicator of oversupplementation, or are there other symptoms? Being more transparent would have been extremely helpful to us listeners...

  • @benr.3518

    @benr.3518

    4 жыл бұрын

    Perhaps she was vague, because the amount she would recommend depends on the specific person, their health, and their history. One often overlooked concept is that of biochemical individuality. Is diarrhea not enough of an indicator of an excess? What more would you need? She may have had a good reason not to begin to offer specific advice. What is too much for one person is not enough for another. This is an ancient concept. Think about it before you complain/

    A lot depends on the form of the multivitamin you are taking. The absorption from best to NOT is: IV, liposomal, liquid, powder, sublingual lozenge, capusle, tablet. If you take a multivitamin in tablet form the absorption is dramatically decreased. Most people can't absorb them. Also, if your multivitamin has the Folic Acid of Vitamin B9, then you definitely need to switch. She takes a Vitamin B complex. I do too. All the multiminerals I've seen come in a liquid bottle so that you can absorb them well.

    I have a question Dr Dean. I suspected that low magnesium might be the reason for my suddenly appeared health problems and I tested my magnesium level at a doctor office. It came normal. Is this supposed to mean that I don't have magnesium deficiency or those main stream medicine tests are unaccurate? I started having heart palpitations right after a meal( small meal), accumulation of belly fat regardless that I am doing intermittent fasting the last 2 years. My vision declined. My HbA1C got higher than the norm. All this since last year on a previously absolutely healthy body. Thank you in advance

    @@aneliadraganova3504 Did you watched the whole video? Dr Dean explained that regular blood test for magnesium does not tell you anything. Serum magnesium is not indicator that you are magnesium deficient or sufficient. Only 1% of magnesium in the body is in serum. Rest is in the cells and this concentration is the one that matters. What I heard is that there is no reliable test developed to measure magnesium in the cells. However Dr Dean mentions some test in the video that cost around 50 dollars. Just rewatch the video

    Mix up magnesium chloride salts dissolved in water (in a pot on the stove). When you get a lot dissolved to make a magnesium oil, pour into a 32 ounce spray bottle, and add some aloe vera, fill it to the top. Use this spray bottle on legs, knees, neck, all over the body. It will sink into the body without leaving a residue or burning or itching if you do it this way. Dr. Mercola suggests this and I tried it and it works great for getting a nice dose of magnesium into the body without wasting any of your magnesium salts or epsom salts (can use epsom salts instead of magnesium chloride flakes). By adding the aloe vera you won't get the itching and burning from pure magnesium oil spray.
