This 10 minute chair session focus on improving "Grip Strength". Hands are the key to many of our daily activities and hand strength provides the ability to function and be independent while performing a variety of daily tasks. Participants will learn to improve wrist flexibility and play agility drills using the Power Plate straps and handles.
