My four years of a serious relationship (both of our first love also) has ended up 4 days ago. She agreed with her family and is marrying someone else. I also convinced my family but she declared she can't be able to go against her family. In the end, she told me that she doesn't want me anymore. So I have nothing to fight for anything as she herself is not on my side. I am upset, very upset. She did many things for me in the last four years. She sacrificed many for me. But in the end, she left me behind. Maybe my fault, but I tried from my side also. She is very special to me. I tried, but can't bring hatred for her. I feel so lonely thinking that my love will be someone else's for the rest of the life, in the same home sharing the same bed. And here, I am sitting alone, listening to these speeches to gain some confidence to overcome the unbearable pain of loss. Maybe I'll overcome, maybe I'll not, but I always pray for her. She is already happy, I hope she will be happier.....

Actually, the emotional energy from heartbreaks is true. The first time i was heart broken, i started my own company and prove to that person that i was successful. Than second time, heart broken i manage to wake up at 4 am do some exercise, prepare breakfast with lunch, clean my house, wash my car and still came into the office early.

oh my freaking god, same! previously i sleep at 2am, now after heartbreak i sleep 10am, wakeup 6 for exercise, run, shower, and go to work. and i feel more energized throughout the day than when i sleep 9 hours back when i sleep at 2am.

Believe or not, i had a downfall back in college and that energy really let me to prepare, turned out i cleared every single national level test for PhD, led me to join IIT and also to be on the path of a successful scientist. Somehow i thank that i had that breakup. I was not accepting that it really made a change in life, but this was a major factor which turned my life to awesomeness. yes digital gandhi you are right.

after I was dumped by my gf I went to a depression for about a year , dis year turned to a dark side though but taught me tough lessons and after that I recovered and became successful in my life.

How months it took to completely forget..

It’s good to see that I’m not the only one going through this. Literally my ex left a week ago after 4 years of being together and it sucks. I understand that things happen for a reason but man it hurts. I’m barely 21 and this was my first real relationship so I didn’t know how to handle the situation and just feel like I dug a hole and can’t get out of it.

My gf, my best friend, for basically 14 years, we were together for 12, just broke it off with me. I was surprised, I thought we had a different understanding. I'm absolutely devastated. The pain is immense and overwhelming. I have a fear of death. Been dealing with it all of my life. So naturally, that gets exponentially worse because of losing my best friend, and all of the sudden she's here for a significant amount of my life, then gone the next, it's just a symbolic death to me. It feels weird. It feels shattering. And I just turned 42 today. It doesn't matter what age you are, what you feel is to be honored, and taken care of, no rules, no timeline, no expectations. Feel and process it. I am a deep empath. I feel things deeply. So it takes me a long time to get over things. I don't think I'll ever truly get over this. I hope you're feeling better my brother.

Heartbroken...but this has lifted me more than anything. Time does heal...and this video is amazing to put into perspective.

I have experience this things before break up I was a kind of dumb person who doesn't kno how to live and for what to live, after break up when I got my mental space I wrote some poems, made sketchings, paintings, learning guitar, making ship in a bottle and more over I improved my self as a person. I have experienced this Energy.

Damn, i just had a heartbreak. With someone i still love so much and he loves me still so deeply. At this point it didnt work. We want it to work our souls are connected, but now its time to rise for ourselfs and then maybe later for each other if its meant to be. Only time will tell❤️❤️

you gotta fight life doesn't end with one people that too a fraud , a cheat 😂 it's very hard to deal you know those memories keeps running on and on, whenever you see or hear your ex happy with someone else, flirting etc it just unbelievable but you have to completely detach from them .. let them go and be glad because the day you broke up they could have continued for more years ..that would be more painful .. so thank god their masks fell off .. Don't keep feeding the need to think about her/him again and again. It will not let you recover and make everything worse. Instead, learn it's okay. It's ok to let him go, it's ok to have a heartbreak. IT'S OKAY. Or Embrace yourself, getup and walk away.

After the breakup i had last year 2019 i finally went back to school this year 2020 after dropping out in 2014. My heart aches and i still have hard time believing its over but everyday i wake up stronger and i finally found myself. I must admit its hard but the pain really pushes me to work harder. I love when he said the feeling of nothing to lose on his talk because thats literally what ive been feeling. I was always scared of doing something and i stuck in my comfort zone now i dont care about anything (good or bad) the bad thing is my depression really kicks in that makes me not afraid to die but this heart break also teaches me something ill never forget and that is "forgiving myself". Its like a blessing in disguise.

This amazing guy came to my school and he rocked that session with us..... It was just total party and it was so dope ..... I loved it .....

this man actually has the power to think out of the box. ....thank you so much sir. ..for giving me a new vision of life

I am going through breakup right now. I loved him for 2 years. Breaking up on our 2nd anniversary. Its been 8 months. I am much better (than how drowning i was for first 6 months). Yet seeing that guy flirting with other girls make me angry. Because he is happy roaming with his new friends and crushes and here i am stuck on the same ground. I am improving i can feel it but i will never forgive him for what he put me through for 3 years(loved for 2 years and wasted 8 months on breakup) But i think i learnt many many many lessons in life. However i could trust anyone boy/girl . Because i only relied on him for past 3 years leaving my friends and family. I was a sociable person long back but right now couldn't speak to anybody. Its new to me, i feel uncomfortable. Yet i hope i will win. That i will break my chain. That i am much more than my scars.

A free mind is what I do not have. When I go through a breakup my mind is completely filled with the person, memories, sadness. I don’t have the mental space to pursue anything..

After breakup u will get the experience how to live life freely... In luv sometimes u get frustrated but in an independent life u can make ur own decisions and the decisions are always right..... So my suggestion is live life freely and be independent alyzz it will make u happy 🙂

To me, love was my fuel. Heartbreak killed all reasons for self some how. Everyone keeps talking about how people finally have time for themselves after breakup. I don't relate to it. For me being in love made it all the more easier to even want to live for myself. Period.

When I separated I used to feel the same way, I didn't felt belonged, but as the time passed it got easier and now I think that my break up happened for a good reason, now I feel free more than ever. I have never been in break-up but i think a guy dumped me because i was fat.I was over weight.Today i lost some extra weight & i am happy alone.I feel thankful to be dumped because love doesn't mean that somebody dumps you for physical looks or any thing which isn't reasonable.
