Electrical issues are a pain to fix because of the sheer number of things it could be. I'm glad the customer service was good because too many companies have strayed away from having good customer service. Free merch from people who love what you do and also have similar content or interests is always nice. I'm sorry to hear about your friend passing away.

Lord Huron. It’s one of my daughter’s favorite bands. I really enjoyed them. The whole experience was awesome!

Here is a thought. If a company sends you product to keep and total cost is over $600 then they are required to send you an IRS 1099 to include that product cost in your income for the year. Think about jacking up your income tax for that free product?😢

Have you thought about the moisture at night I know my inverter warns about moisture Hazard putting it in a place that is not an ideal climate meaning outside

Yes and I haven’t read whether or not that is against recommendations on this particular machine. However, many people want to use these units in this exact scenario or for camping. When I am testing a product, I am intentionally trying to test the limits.
