I've never taken the opportunity to express my deep gratitude for what you have been offering all these years... Like so many people, I have been struggling a lot and yoga is one of the few ways I have to deal with everything. It is a gift you have given me and even though we will never meet in a yoga class, I consider you my teacher. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. May you be blessed.
Can I proudly say that I haven't skipped a day since Jan 1? This is a huge deal for me since I have tried to do the 30 day program every January and was never able to keep up with it. My body was such a wreck that everything hurt intensly and most moves would invoke an asthma attack and I'd have to stop. This year I said "too bad. Im doing it." Every time Adrienne would say "focus on what you feel" PAIN! "Find a nice comfortable seat". TORTURE. "Find what feels good" NOTHING! Even laying on the floor in corpse pose hurt terribly. I swore at poor Adrienne during the lives and while she was all zen, I was gritting my teeth and grimacing. Sort of defies the whole purpose of yoga. BUT NOW.... although I'm still laughably bad at the poses most of them don't hurt any more and the last time I had my lungs checked they tested NORMAL. This is HUGE since I've been on disability for 12 years because my lungs were dangerously weak. Big changes are on the way, I think.

This is awesome!! Good for you and thank you for sharing! I have also tried and failed at the 30 day challenge every year since 2020, one time I completed all the days... by December hah! I struggle with a chronic illness too so this comment really is inspiring for me, hope you continue to improve every day 💜

This is the first Yoga I have done without my good boy and best friend of almost 11 Years. This is for you Argo who used to stand over me quite worried when I would bend myself into strange shapes and who I would have to spend many minutes after the practice reassuring him that I was okay. Blessed Beloved Beauties! Delight Day - 1 was amazing! It has been an experience of healing vibes and balancing vibes, too. I didn't make it to the mat until 11:15 P.M. EST, yet I'm so glad I came. It's better late than not at all. The past few weeks have been off since instructing 3 - courses in 1 term. I am challenging myself to show up everyday this month to return to self care. that was phenomenal, it was raining gently outside (nighttime) when I got to the cooldown n had a beautifully spiritual moment letting everything go - which normally I struggle to do - sounds pretentious but fr I saw all my troubles flash in my mind then dissipate n all I experienced/thought/felt was presence n blank n that rain patter on my window
I have an injury on one of my toes so doing the side planks were very quick, but I feel energized to start this new month!

wow can't believe I did one on the day it came out. I usually do shorter ones but this was great. good balance between familiar and challenging, I have so much room to improve both balance and power!
oh gosh my hips were clicking like crazy doing those leg kicks near the end lol I have a habit of only doing yoga when I'm already relaxed, have time to kill though and although I love that doing yoga when i actually need it hits different - that was amazing! thanks adriene :)
