Potential shipwreck surfaces at Charlestown Breachway

People celebrating the Fourth of July at Charlestown Breachway may have noticed something eye catching washed up on the shores.
“My guess, it’s probably around the same maybe 300 years old,” said Sandra Karasuk Puchalski who lives in Charlestown. “More and more shipwrecks are being mapped around Rhode Island.”
