You'd be a fool to buy there. You've got a few years to find one of those fools to sell to before it all gets washed away. Some of these families had 100 years to enjoy their beach houses, hopefully they made a lot of nice memories then. Because soon that's all they'll have left. Personally I'm moving to Central Mass.

these are the same towns that have resident only parking for beaches to try and keep poor people out

good! if you people behaved and acted civilized we wouldn't need to have private beaches. But you cant, so, we live amongst normal humans who can.....sorry not sorry? 🤷‍♂️

Did the coast erode before 'climate change'?

People shouldn't be allowed to build homes right on the beach. Access to the shoreline should be for everyone not the select few.
