1 teaspoon of mint herb.
1 teaspoon salt.

1 teaspoon of thyme.
1 teaspoon of red pepper powder.
1 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
5 medium sized potatoes.
1 teaspoon of salt.
1 teaspoon, black pepper.
1 teaspoon of red pepper powder.
2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.
To grease the pan: butter (15 grams).
For the above:
parsley.
cheddar cheese (30 grams).
Cooking suggestion:
1. baking in the oven at 200 °C for 30 minutes.
2. baking in the oven at 200 °C for 15 minutes.
