In this video I show you a very quick and easy potato recipe that can be made with just 3 potatoes. Just 3 ingredients and you have a delicious, quick and easy lunch or dinner. This recipe is popular in the USA, and the dish is called Hash Browns. You can buy it at McDonald's in the USA, but I will show you a recipe that is much tastier than at McDonald's. The main ingredients of the dish are potatoes and onions. But this dish can be prepared without onions. Potatoes with onions taste better than meat. 🥣🥣🥣 Ingredients:
3 potatoes (800 grams / 28 oz).
1 onion.
4 tablespoons of starch.
Cheese sauce.
1/2 tablespoon flour.
1 tablespoon butter.
1 glass of milk (250 ml / 8.45 fl.oz).
40 grams of any cheese / 1.4 oz.
Salt, black pepper.
Olive oil for frying.

I have a funny story to tell about meeting my best friend, who is German. I was 1st to move into a new subdivision and I was welcoming all of the new people who moved in. I ran out to meet her family, who were walking their dog. I introduced myself and as she was telling me her name, Ulrike, I laughed and said I took German classes in high school. She did not give me time to say anything else but started speaking rapid German to me. I looked kind of embarrassed and turned, pointing at my house and car and said, "Das ist meine haus und auto." Forgive the spelling it's been 40 years. She busted out laughing and we've been fast friends since then.. 30 years ago. 😂 😂 ♥ ♥

Привет. Из Санкт-Петербурга . Сегодня делал похожее. Картофельные драники. Я готовлю так: на мясорубку перекручиваю сырой картофель, лук и сырую свиную грудинку, добавляю муку. Жарю как оладьи. Проще. Думаю не менее вкусно

У нас Драники еще Жимирные называют. Но вот с куриной грудкой еще ни разу не готовил. Надо будет попробовать. На видео конечно все хорошо, только они цену на масло оливковое видели? Картошка золотая получится.

а что именно Вам понравилось? Как вначале отжимают крахмал, а потом его снова добавляют ложками? Или как это все плавает в масле? Не понятно...

@@user-kb3zl3zs9k да, тоже это не понравилось. Натереть лук, чтоб его вымачивать, это ужасно. Потом отжать и жарить, чтобы жира побольше было чтоли. При формовании видно как жир прям вытекает. Рецепт без доработки не применим. Лук отдельно надо порезать мелко, может обжарить отдельно. А картошку жарить надо 1 раз, вполне прожарится.

@@user-hj9jn7mn8iBovverДраники. Классика русской-беларусской-украинской итд кухонь. Странно что Вы не пробовали. Трите картошку покрупнее, делайте оладьи потоньше чем у авторши раза в 2-3. Муки поменьше, лишь бы не развалились. Будет вам кулинарный экстаз если любите вкус жареной картошки. Чем более неряшливый и разлапистый вид - тем вкуснее (больше площадь корочки)

You asked if I/We thought your recipes were too slow. Your resipe VIDEOs have an artistic nature which I am sure is deliberate, so that is how YOU wish them to look and that is the most important thing. There are various video controls which I could use if needed. Frankly I - LOVE - Potatoes so naturally I like this recipe. I also like Hash Browns but have never made them, I might be tempted. For that reason perhaps 7-8 Stars but 10 in my head.
