potato cheese recipe for breakfast/NO flour
(2-3) 500g Potato
Use a tool to slice thinly
Water
1/2Tbsp Salt
Let stand 10 minutes as it is
Do not throw away the water that has been soaked in potatoes
3 Eggs
Use the starch that's sitting on the floor
1/2Tbsp Salt
1/2Tsp Pepper
(5-6)25gGreen onion
Medium- low heat
Cooking oil
Pour half the prepared potatoes and bake
3-5 minutes
If you have a lid, please put it on.
Make sure it's baked in gold brown
2-3 minutes
Cooking oil
Bake the other half of the potatoes.
200g Mozzarella cheese
Put the potatoes you made on it
2-3 minutes on low heat
