So I made these... they look just like Nino's!❤️ A few tips: 1. Don't make them too thin, the cheese spills out 2. Add oregano or mixed herbs to the dough to make it tastier 3. ADD SALTTTT wow this really makes a difference!!

Made this just now for iftar and they're delicious! Superfast and easy to make. The sugar caramelises the cakes on the outside and it becomes a nice warm brown. The cheese feels great, giving it that warm gooey inside. This is going to be a favorite now.

This is delicious! I changed it a bit by reducing the sugar and adding salt and black pepper to the dough and I used the air fryer. It didn’t work much the first time, cause my potatoes were too watery. Second time with a more dry kind of potato, worked well. After shaping them I brushed oil before air frying them at 180° C. I want to make this again asap 😋

As a girl who doesn't have the best equipement, this is what I found out while trying it: - If you use flour, add a little bit of water to make it more smooth. - if the paste sticks to your hands too much, put a little bit of flour on your hands. -If you make them smaller then they will stay nice and complete. -use butter instead of oil so it doesn't stick to the pan -add spices in the mashed patatoes for extra taste. I added salt, pepper and nutmeg, that is just my personal preference Hope these tips helped :) ♡

Sooo... I tried the recipe and it's really yummy. For next time: - I won't put sugar in it - use normal flour bc my rice flour tasted weird lmao I made a dip with 2tbsp yoghurt, 1tbsp creme fraiche, salt and 1tsp chopped spring onions🥔
