Sending you a heartfelt Thank you from my side. I'm going through every single discomfort you've mentioned, due to shallow breathing. Hoping to reverse the effects soon.

Holy shizzle, that stretch feels amazing. I feel it in the front of my ribs, collar bone and shoulders and I feel much freer now. Thanks so much.

I always start the day with a really deep voice then as the day goes on it goes more shallow sounding...guess this is the reason!

This was so helpful for me! For the previous year, I've been feeling short of breath and dealing with persistent knots in my neck that were causing carpal tunnel issues. Anytime I tried to have good posture, my breathing felt constricted. Finally I decided, as crazy as it felt, that I didn't know how to breathe properly anymore. Sure enough, I've been breathing with my throat and shoulders instead of my diaphragm. When you mentioned that, a light bulb went off in my head. I had tried on my own to adjust my breathing, but I was so disconnected from the correct way, that I need someone else to remind me how it's done. Thank you!

I have never felt like someone has understood my state of being more. Haha! You’re a godsend. I can literally feel the line of stiffness that is all that fascia. I hadn’t realized it comes through under your ribs but all of my stiffness all makes sense. Thank you

Amazing, thank you for the video! The effect of prioritizing rib and pelvis alignment/stability in movement have been enormous for me. from completely removing occasional low back pain and shoulder pain to running and lifting with my glutes and abs more (i actually feel them more than my lowerback now!). I even have greater range of motion in my thoracic spine now rotationally as well as flexion-extension. i feel like even morphologically my ribs have changed.

@@robk9330 hi! Thanks for reaching out. It took me a long time to improve my breathing and this concept in the video is something i work on continuously till this day. Working on sessions as frequent as I could (day and night) every day, while paying attention to whatever changes arose, I noticed major differences after a month. I'll just say that it's not the Only "solution" that helped with my pain and movement efficiency. However it was definitely a missing link. You can incorporate this concept of riv and pelvis alignment into many different activities like walking, running, or any other movements. Definitely something to try!

Wow, preciously what I was looking for. I spend a lot of time sitting at work and home. I am a tramper, mostly struggle going up the mountains, hopefully these exercises should assist me in getting back to shape. Thank you. Just a query, if I do these exercises thrice a day and limit sitting time, do you reckon I can see improvements in 2-3 months?

Wow.. Beautiful. Thanks, for a few years now ever since my injury, I been researching and trying to finding ways to improve my back problem and sitution. This is very detailed. Just to make sure I understand this correctly, when you breath in your diaphragm in that position, your belly is suppose to fill full 360°, correct? If you can't do that, then your posture and breathing is wrong? Correct? Good posture and breathing.... Should relax the tense muscles I assume.

You can breathe expanding your side ribs, and not use your belly at all, like Katy Bowman talks about. Those muscles probably need to be stretched though.
