Thank you! Going to slowly integrate exercise and physical therapy. My eating has been off with the New York trip, so I’m trying to get the diet aligned as well.

I’m coming up on two weeks post-surgery myself. Got hit by a car while I was crossing the street, broke my tibia and fibula. Glad I skipped the iPhone 15 upgrade, cause I got all the titanium in my leg I’ll need for a while 😂 glad to see you’re recovering well!

glad surgery went well! im always worried if i ever have to go under the knife itll be with a surgeon whos wife just called him to tell him shes leaving him for the pool boy, and is going to take half his money too lol. or some old guy that wont retire and can't see, or some nepo hire that's there to make the hospitals ESG investment diversity quotas. basically i dont ever want to be operated on lol.

Yes, always avoid surgery if possible. But if you can't fix it!
Did Aziz literally park the furthest away from the restaurant as possible to make you suffer?! 😂

No - he parked in the OCD spot I always go, and while he offered to pull up to the front, I denied the lazy route so I could move around a bit! 💪🏼

@@adiblasi Glad to hear you’re on the mend Alfred and yeah it’s best to keep moving because being stationary will just make the recovery harder.
