I've been following your prenatal and postnatal classes during my second pregnancy and after giving birth (during a tough lockdown), and that was just great - though I didn't have as much opportunity to practice as I would have wished. And, I must admit I still follow your postnatal sessions 1,5 years after baby's birth, as I continue struggling with the diastasis recti.

Hi Jessica, I really like this video because it resembles a modified vinyasa flow. I was practicing yoga regularly before I got pregnant, morning sick, locked down due to Covid, and then diastasis recti. I need to get back into yoga for my mental and physical fitness, but prefer a full flow practice rather than targeted stretches or pilates/yoga. Please post more modified flows if you get the chance! Aww, just a mum of a two year old here, having found this video. You must have a three year old now, I couldn’t help but imagine how different your life must be now, three years later / I totally remember being 4 weeks PP and at the same time it’s a blur!

Sometimes it subsides with Warm compress on the stye and maybe an antibiotic as prescribed by your doctor :) Thank you for your videos. Really has helped me strengthen my core. I havent lost the weight but the strength and the trim around the waist and shape have drastically improved!
Very nice workout with some challenging balance poses to engage my body and get back into exercising.
Love this and my 4 year old really loves doing your kids workout videos with the different characters. More of those too if you can!!!!

Thank you Jessica :) I didn't realize how sore my body was before doing this session. Holding and breastfeeding a baby that was around 7lbs at birth and who's now almost 12lbs has put so many tensions into my back and arms, this workout really helped me :)

Hi, for eye stye, drink plenty of water every day and take 1 B complex tablet until it completely goes away. Usually it takes 2-3 day if you start taking it immediately when you notice stye.
Six weeks post partum, this feels really great!!!!!!!

Im doing a Pilates / yoga challenge this month. So I’m doing 15-30 mins everyday for the month of February
I’m 18, just a girl who hasn’t had any kids but I’m doing this because my lower tummy is a lil bit too big so I’m giving this a try 😅 I’ve already had an hourglass shaped figure from my bone structure so I’m just enhancing the shape by flattening my belly!

I use to get stys very often when I was younger my mom had this mexican cream (teramicina) and swab my waterline with it ...it was very effective for me went away in 2 days. She purchased it in like a store that sells teas and herbs.

im two years late to this but hot compress and then garlic oil (from chopping up garlic or using a garlic crusher) take the oil and pat it on the stye, it will sting. After it stops reacting wipe lightly with a hot cloth. Usually takes 2-3 times and then it's gone!
