Just had a big workout? Unwind and cooldown with this 20 minutes all levels full body stretch! This will help you slow down your heart rate and stretch deeply into the hips, shoulders and side body.
Looking to warm up? Try this 20 min pre-workout sequence: bit.ly/yogawarmup
Even if you haven't just worked out, this is a wonderful sequence to do when you're short on time and want to give yourself some TLC. We will play with poses like thread the needle, low lunges with quad stretches, pigeon, waterfall and a nice long savasana!

During this corona crisis, I do a lot of yoga, but no other forms of training. Today I challenged myself to go inline skating again for the first time in years. Did this after a intense lower body workout and I really love thr twist and turns 😊.
Literally do this cool down stretch every day after a workout. It’s so relaxing😌
For the pose near the end(elivated hips on block with legs suspended in air) I noticed it’s a lot more comfortable if you put your arms behind you flat on the ground to open up your lungs making it easier to breath.
If we hadn’t found you, would we even still be doing yoga?! You are fantastic, Kassandra! 🥹
Love doing this after my Sunday run, it leaves me feeling relaxed and ready for the rest of the day
I'm always wanting more of a stretch in pigeon, and when you had us be sure to evenly distribute our weight to both sides in that pose, I finally got what I have been wanting, to feel something in pigeon! 🎉🙏🏽❤

This is truly one of my favorite cool down yoga stretches...even hours after a workout! It gets the muscles stretched, elongated and blood flowing everywhere to prevent and work out any knots in my legs and increase flexibility everywhere! Thank you for a great workout!

Just done this after a run, I always struggle with pigeon pose but almost worth going through that to get to that lovely inversion near the end! ❤️
I couldn’t have needed this more. My body and mind were still pumped after workout, that time to slow dow, stretch and focus on breath and quiet has helped me feel that all is well. Namaste xo

I love the way how you explain all the poses, it's so easy to follow even without looking at the screen and also that you mention it is okay to bend our knees if we are not that flexible, it makes me feel less insecure. The way you remind us to breathe slowly. So amazing. I love all your lessons but this is my all time favorite!

Aw man, this was perfect after this whole week! I've been super tense in my body moving furniture, bending over to clean up my floors for our big house-emptying, laundry, etc. And I feel soooo amazing right now.

This is such a fabulous cooldown stretch, thank you! I've been in a lot of pain the last couple of days after increasing my running speed/mileage and starting a lifting routine, and just after once through this I feel so much better and less sore. This is definitely going on my favorites playlist!
LOVED the stretch got the muscles that worked out on an intense 40 minute bootcamp style exercise class.Definitely saved it!

Very effective stretches and flow! I did it the next day after a long workout. I could feel the knots easing even after 24 hrs.
