Hi everyone, thank you for joining me in this short morning yoga flow. In just 10 minutes I'll guide you through some simple poses that will stretch your lower back as well as gently engage your core in order to maintain low back health. If you spend a lot of time sitting during the day, this is a wonderful routine to do on a regular basis! We will have a few stretches for the hips as well.
This class is suitable for beginners and no props are required.

Hi Kassanda! I wish to thank you for these fantastic lessons. I find your teaching style calming yet energizing. You manage to create a calm vibe while remaining highly motivating (even more laudable that you are able to transmit all of this through video). Your lessons have become an essential part of my daily routine along with guided meditations, other forms of exercise (mainly HIIT and weightlifting), maintaining a generally active lifestyle (as much as possible with a deskjob) and learning about the intricacies of physical-mental health. With a high workload and feeling a bit overwhelmed to create my own workout routines, your videos have become such an important tool in stiving for a sense of overall balance.
