    It would have been nice to have the almost two minutes of talking at the end, since people are coming here after a workout and are on a mission. I have to go elsewhere.

    Kassandra is literally THE BEST yoga instructor on KZread. I have dyspraxia so yoga can be challenging at times but Kassandra explains it all so well and goes at a comfortable pace. This is my go-to routine after my run !!

    I do this everyday and I remember the whole sequence so much so that I know each word that Kassy says but I still do it with her everyday from the past 9months. There's something about the way she speaks that sequences feel incomplete w/o her talking in it. It's so relaxing❤️ Undeniably the best cooldown sequence on the internet today.     This is the first routine of yours I ever did and I still come back to it - so thankful I came across this video in December of 2020, it got me started in my yoga journey and I feel like my life has improved so much - more confident, more grounded, more flexible (lol).     This video is incredible! I havent done yoga in so long and after a cardio workout anything longer than 10 minutes of yoga cooldown is too long for my schedule. I feel so good! Thank you Kassandra!

    I recently reignited my workout regimen and love this as my cool down process after a good workout. It's just the right length of time and hits all the right spots that need a good stretch!     This is by far my favorite post workout video it’s short but not to short and so relaxing with the birds and I love the stretches. I come back to this video at least 3-4 times a week. I also do some of your other videos.

    I'm new to this channel and don't know much about yoga, but I was looking for a relaxing cooldown, and this was completely perfect.     Kassanda! This was sooo helpful! I’ve always used this video for my post workout, but I’ve been having terrible back pain from sitting too much. Tried to find relief by going to massage therapist and doing yoga targeted for back pain and none helped. Finally did this just to get relief from stretching when I heard a pop in my back and lo behold no more pain! Just some tightness left but the back pain is gone! Thankyouuuu so much!

    I loved this so much! I felt so relaxed and I have tried a few other cooldown stretchs but none of them I liked, they just didn't work for me but this was so beginner friendly it made me feel so calm, thank you 😊😁♥️

    I don't know why I keep coming back to this specific cool down, maybe it's the birds in the background, maybe it's the movements... Either way, I get SO relaxed from this. I almost fall asleep every single time.

    I love this cool down, it's a lovely quickie that winds me down to the point of relaxation. I've come back to it a few times now. I especially like the bit where the birds kick off at 11:40 😂

    Kassandra thank you! This is the best PW cool down I've found so far! All the other ones I've tried make u do lots and ankle grabs and hanumanasa preps, I squat often so my hamtrings hate those for cooling down! yours is perfect, whole body stretch with the right amount of hip opening action. liked, subscribed, added to playlist

    Great cool down video. Perfect amount of time. Not too difficult. Can easily work for someone more flexible or advanced as well as beginners.
