Gavin carries himself and speaks well. Kudos to the board of BG Tampines, they have stuck with him for several seasons now. Giving him the time and support to build his style and squad. Used to attend Tampines games frequently at the old Tampines stadium. Hoping they win some silverware this season.
If Tampines win both the League n the Singapore cup this season, he should take over the National team
