Geylang International came into the game with an unbeaten record and early in the first half, they capitalised on a rare Hariss Harun error to score through Bezecourt.
Our Sailors found it tough-going for the rest of the half, but eventually managed to grab an equaliser through Maxime Lestienne in the second half.
Chances were at a premium for both sides, and even though both goalkeepers had to pull off a good save to keep the scores level, the match eventually petered out into a stalemate.
We spoke with Calum, who gave Geylang credit for their performance, but singled out some Geylang fans for criticism. We also spoke to Aiman who gave props to the Ultras Eagles for the lively matchday atmosphere.
