Yeah bud. It’s fun. I wouldn’t say I’m an authority on anything like Mr. Bumstead. But I like to train a muscle in the gym, then immediately after the set I hit a “pose.” Check the pump. not anything too crazy. But after some time, I’ve gotten better. I used to wait until after the gym when I was alone, but I guess with practice I’ve got more confident where I do it in a public place.

The side chest tips you gave is literally the exact same tips my coach gave me to hitting a good side chest. It’s a difficult pose to get down but those tips help a ton
