In this video we are going to prepare a simple and economical but delicious appetizer that will delight your guests.

Remove the seeds and peel the tomatoes. Then cut them into squares and you will have them perfect for this recipe.
The onion, cut it also in squares.
The sliced bread, if you can't find it without crust, you can remove it yourself by cutting it.
Do not be in a hurry when cooking the onion and tomato. Think that it is a fundamental part of this recipe. If you cook slowly, you will get a more intense flavor and a more pleasant texture.
If you have noticed, I have not used salt. The reason is because canned fish usually has a large amount of it and the cheese that we add to the sauce also.
